You have great boobs,don't do it. The one with implants on the picture looks so fake and the second one without any implants.unfortunately you will not achieve that look.what kind of implants you are planning to put in?

Yes I know I won't get the actual look on how any of the boobs are but I'm getting them more for my PS as to how I want the side profile to look the front the cleveage etc. So that he has an idea as to what I like. I am getting silicone moderate profile and under the muscle

Once again,with all honesty,you boobs are perfect. don't spoil you perfect body with scars. I had really small boobs, i had implants which really looked and still look good in clothes, but i was never confident enough to undress even in front of my (girl )friends. I could take really nice pictures at certain angle and really ugly once which show how round they look on the upper pole and on the sides.
I wanted them so much and noone could talked me out but i was so flat...
I wear unpaded bras now to hide that fullness on the upper pole which immediately show that you have fake boobs.
If you have something beautiful,unique keep it.

ok ill be honest I'm definitely getting cold feet. and reading peoples post on their implant removal and why they are removing them. I'm really lost and need some advice :/

I have to agree. Your boobs don't need implants. They are perfectly shaped and a good size for your body! You pretty much have perfect boobs.

OK so after reading tons of people journeys thru realself.com I decided to share my journey with you all as well. My name is Alexandra Sandoval. I am 4'11 and weigh about 87 lbs. I want to undergo a breast augmentation. Currently I am a 32A maybe even smaller, who knows. As far as cc's go I already had a consultation with Dr. Marin in Del Mar. He was so amazing and answered every question I had as well as made me very comfortable which is a big plus. As we talked we sampled a few different sizers. I'm stuck between getting 245cc-265cc. Again, I am very petite and have a small frame so I dont want to go crazy fake boob big. I am looking to be more fuller on top along with a nice clevage. I did set up my surgery date for the end of February but due to unfortunate events I have to reschedule for end of march.

you have such a tiny frame but you've been blessed with already-perky boobs at leat !! :) ..youre smart to go with a smaller cc size, anything will look amazing but I agree not to go to big!

Hi Alex, please keep me posted on your results and what Dr you decide to go to. I'm 5'4 108 lbs with a naturally small frame and small 34B and am looking for similar natural more fuller results without the fake boob look. In fact I'm hoping no one will be able to tell since I always wear extra padding anyways lol. But finding a good Dr. is more then half the battle and to be quite honest, I cringe at the way most fake boobs look(Overly round etc). I have a nice shape to them and think you are similar to mine and I don't want to mess them up.
