Dr. Young does NOT know how to perform a proper RHINOPLASTY. Takes shortcuts

Even years later, the disappointment of his work does not escape me.
I realize that he ONLY narrowed the middle portion of my bridge and made nostrils uneven.
WHAT A HACK JOB HE DID ON ME

Septum surgery

Dr. Shah did a thorough job Straightening my severely deviated septum. However it did not provide me with problem~free nose breathing. I followed up with him, showing him I still have little airflow through the nostrils. I no longer have any obstructions. He said he does not know why this is an order for me to a facial plastic surgeon.
Dr.YOUNG, Really did a number on it. Taking out too much cartilage on the lower part of the bridge AND leaving too much cartilage on the upper bridge that I specifically wanted to narrowed.

Big noses run in he family and mine was the worst! Wide bridge, wide and uneven nostrils and a ski jump nose tip. Several years ago, I finally decided I was getting a nose job, once and for all and chose Dr. Robert Young to do my Rhinoplasty. I had heard he had a really good reputation for making pretty noses. In the pre~op room, I specifically went over what I was hoping for. I told him I want a nice narrow, petite nose, with a flat/straight tip. After several months and with all the swelling gone, I realized that all he done, was down~scale the size of my original nose. What's worse, is the top, upper portion of bridge, is still very wide and does flow well into the middle portion, which is much more narrow. You can still see the wide~bones, my nostrils are uneven and he left my tip, turned up, what I call like a ski jump). Now, If my bone and cartilage anatomy was not conducive to what I asked for, he should have been up front and told me. He did not give me feedback or confirmation of what I discussed with him, would work and not work. I trusted that he would do a great job and give me the pretty little nose I always wanted. I feel that he rushed it, giving no forethought or consideration for what I asked for. I was hoping that during the initial consult, that they'd have computer generated picture of me, with the desired look I wanted. Since the rhinoplasty, I learned I have an extremely deviated septum and 90% of my right nostril is blocked off. Looking back, I realize that I did feel like I had loss of air flow on that side. He never mentioned the deviation or present the option of fixing it while he was in there. I was also told that I developed a collapsed nasal valve. My Dr. Is an ENT/Plastic Surgeon. He performed my initial septum surgery and was unsuccessful in manually moving my septum over, via my nostrils. He advised me that an open rhinoplasty is required. He would have to open my nose, essentially peeling it back and remove the septum AND WIDEN my bridge to correct the collapsed valve. Basically, I need a whole other Rhinoplasty. I've had several elective and non~elective surgeries in the past and this one, especially, was not an easy surgery/recovery. By the way, wouldn't my insurance covered all or part of a Rhinoplasty to correct my severely crooked septum? Did the over~narrowing of my middle bridge cause the collapse? My daughter went for breast augmentation and I told her do not see Dr. Young. Apparently she misunderstood me and went to him and she also didn't get what she paid for. She has an issue with an implant, that has flipped or something. When she uses her arms, it morphs into funky deformity. Looks like a chunk is missing on the inner portion. I told her to notify them but they did not offer her resolution to the problem.
