WORTH IT
As the title say, it's been 15 months since my MTF BA and I cannot be happier. My apologies for the poor photography, I can fly an airplane better than I take pics. If you compare previous pics, the implants have fluffed out a bit, so yay. They are not dropped as much as I would like at this point, but have hope. Currently the crest of the implants is above the areolas giving me about a 60/40 ratio. The important thing is that I am happy with my situation and hope all that wish procedure can get it. As for Dr. Lawton and his staff, they deserve my highest praises for how they have treated me, both in and out of surgery. I whole heartedly recommend his office to all, not just MTF trans people like myself. Thanks again Dr. Lawton and staff!...…..Bree.

Respect for all people separates practices who are gender sensitivity trained and experienced. Technically the operations are highly specialized which is where the thousands of confirmation operations performed gives the best possible results.

Did you ever consider a larger implant? I think it is looking good

Thank you so much for contributing this. My age and body-type are similar to yours, so I can imagine similar results. I think they're beautiful--just right.

Have you ever considered to have larger implants? I also am mtf.

No, but thanks for asking. 360 under muscle implants gave me a band measurement of 35 inches and across the bust a 40 inch measurement. That makes me a 36DD bra size. Big enough to show and small enough to hide. Very happy with the size.

Okay....Been 5 months now since my MTF BA. Things are going great and they are looking wonderful. They finally "popped or fluffed" as some say. Still got a way to go on the drop. Have my 6 moth follow up in a few weeks. My thanks to Dr. Lawton and his wonderful staff . They have all treated me great! My thanks!

Go for it...i had two breast augmentations done.
I was nervous to but it comes with about any surgery...they couldn't go over 350cc cause I had no tissue so I waited a couple months and did an exchange to 590cc high profile. Cause rhw muscle had to stretch before I can proceed with that and I lovw them so Awsome...

When or what size should your breast be before a doctor decide when a trans woman should get an ba

I did not do hormones prior to surgery, so I had zero breast tissue prior to surgery. I had 360CC under the muscle saline implants. Currently between a DD and an E. Thanks for the question and hope my answer helps you.

My BA update.

Coming up on the 3 month mark. Thought I would let everyone know how things are going. The implants are still settling into place, but they still have a bit to go. Follow up appointment with Dr. Lawton is in 4 weeks. Here is a good example of the care I received. Prior to and post surgery I was sent to a nearby clinic that provided some great homeopathic care . I was given assorted vitamins and a post surgery IV treatment to aid recovery. My favorite thing though was waking up post surgery and Dr. Lawton and staff took the time to remove the markings from my chest. I just thought that was so great. Nobody does that from what I've seen. Thanks!
