breast lift

My lift was done by making an anchor incision going under my breast horizontally then verically up to the aeola. The doctor also resized my aerola, making it smaller. After the procedure, I was able to go home. I had drainage tubes in place that I had to monitor for fluid drainage that were removed about a week after the procedure. That was probably more painful than the actual surgery! I had minimal swelling and bruising due to the supplements that the doctor gave me (arnica and multi-vitamins) and my scars healed cleanly and are almost invisible now.

The breast lift operation can restore portion and perkiness to your breasts, make the nipple areolar complex small and give you the sense that things are where they are supposed to be. After everything heals, if you want more volume, you can add an implant. The literature is quite clear about the risks of lift and implant done together, so in an an effort to keep the cost of two surgeries from influencing your decisions, we make it so the staged operation costs the same as if done together.

I am extremely happy with my results! It has been...

I am extremely happy with my results! It has been three years since my procedure and my breasts still look perfectly natural, lifted, and symmetrical. No sag at all. Exactly what I wanted. I went with a doctor in San Antonio, Dr. Gary Lawton, who I would recommend to anyone. I don't have pictures to post, sorry. It has been a while since my surgery. I had mine done over spring break and was able to go back to work after one week post- op. There was some mild-moderate pain that lasted a week or two, with complete healing after six months. But overall, it was not that painful of an experience. Hope this review helps someone. :)
