21 Years Old, 5'0, ~100 lbs, pre-op 32 A, 400cc HP smooth, round, silicone, under the muscle.

I've had two consultations so far. The first doctor ( Dr. Ferguson) was super nice and attentive and answer questions I didn't even know I had. His nurses were so sweet and the office was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that he refused to do an off label silicone procedure because of the fact that I am under 22. I also had a consultation with the "breast doctor of San Antonio" Dr. Young. It was mostly his nurses that helped me out. They were also so nice and not to mention everyone is so pretty!! At both places. Lol. Anyway, the Dr was there for like 15 minutes and it was fine, if I hadn't done the other consult I may have had more questions but it went by pretty quickly. Dr. F said something in the mid 300cc range and it seemed a bit small. I am tiny but I kind of want a little bit of a dramatic change. Dr. Y suggested 450cc and with the sizer it looked so good. It did look little big but I always hear people say the feel like they didn't go big enough so I'm okay with that. I'd rather feel too large than too small.
Dr. F gave me a quote that was about $5k for saline because he wouldn't do silicone since I am 21.
Dr. Y gave me a quote for both silicone and saline. Saline was about $5.5k and silicone about $6.5k. I'm leaning towards the silicone because he's giving me the option but there are also some things I like about saline.
I'm posting photos of my bare chest, a bralette with no padding or underwire, and a push up bra.
As you can see I have almost no boob to push up and you can see my nipple from the top.
Also, after these consultations I've noticed that one of my breasts is larger than the other. I have also lost 8 pounds and because I'm so short it really takes a toll on my boobs and butt so I feel like my boobs look especially lopsided.

So I've decided to go with Dr. Young considering he is the "breast doctor" of San Antonio. I've heard many great things about him and his before and after pictures looked promising. All of his nurses were also super kind and his office was nice. He suggested 400 or 450 cc silicone unders through the armpit so that is what I'm going to do! He quoted me at about 6500 which is kind of pricy but you can't put a price on health.

The date is set for August 10th and pre op on July 26th. So 8 weeks until surgery time!!! Already paid the down payment to secure the date now I just have to talk to my bank. Its finally REAL. It's sooooo far away but I know time will fly! Can't wait to have my new boobs.
