Just an update. Went back to my ps because my right breast was feeling tight. He squeezed the capsule until it popped bc i wasn't massaging enough. Feels soooo much better and I'm being more diligent about my massages. I'm posting some photos from the pats few days.

Only two weeks post op and I'm positive I chose the best plastic surgeon in my city. I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Young at Aesthetic Enhancement on 8/10 and have only gone back for one post op appointment so far but I LOVE his staff. You don't every really get time with Dr. Young but that has never really bothered me. He was there on the day of my consult and of course, the day of my operation and that was more than enough for me. I know a lot of people complain about his bedside manner but growing up in a family full of military people I know that they are people of few words haha. I found that when he was there he was very attentive and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. I was freaking out that 400cc was too big so I asked him what he thought and he said "well, if you want to get your money's worth" and he was absolutely right! Perfect size! Any smaller and I would have been sorely disappointed. All of the nurses are awesome and I definitely expect to go back for any other tune ups I may need in the future.

Hi can i ask what your BWM is mine is 11.25cm with the 410cc high profile or 11.5cm with the 355cc moderate profile. I'm really worried if i go for the 355cc they won't be big enough. However i don't want the 410cc to look unnatural on my frame. x
I don't remember but it's super narrow like 10cm. I have natrelle implants and I believe with 400cc uhp my implants are 10.5 cm. I like the high profile/ultra high profile look. I have ultra high and even then I feel like they look pretty natural. Personally I wouldn't want to spend all this money only to feel like my boobs are still too small so I would go with the bigger one. I'm sooooooooooooooo glad I didn't go any smaller. In fact I plan on switching them out for bigger implants in 10 yrs.

Hi! Your results are awesome!! I am struggling with doing 400 cc or 450 cc. Dr. Young talked me into doing 450 cc but I’m on the fence about it! What made you switch from 450 to 400?!

I'm over the one month hump! Lots of morning boob and still not comfortable to use my pec muscles very much but I feel normal. Here's some photos :)

Officially made it to the two week mark! Less tender. Upper body strength still minimal. Only feel pain if I massage or if I lift my arms too high which I try not to do. I'm excited to see that they are changing and hope they continue to get softer and feel less foreign to my body.
