Since I've given birth to my 2nd child 2 years ago, I've wanted my pre-baby body back, which in my case means a lifted buttocks and flat stomach. However after my first consultation, I was told that the max the surgeon would inject in my butt would be 200 cc each. I was also told if I wanted more than the 200cc liposuctioned from my abdomen, I would have to pay for additional lipo, but it would not be transferred, because only 200 is a reasonable amount. After seeing this doctors post op pics from his BBL procedures, I didn't notice any results.I've seen on this site how most other doctors transfer alot more than 200cc. I'm pretty sure I have enough fat to be transferred. I do plan on meeting with another surgeon next week. However, I am concerned because of a recent death that happened while this particular doctor was doing a BBL, Ive posted before pics..i really hope I get the opportunity to have the surgery I've always wanted so I can post after pics

So I met with another surgeon today....it went well. I've scheduled my surgery for May 11! Pre op is April 27th. Right around the corner! SSSOOOOOO EXCITED!!! He says he averages on lipoing (if that's a word) about 2000cc and injects about 500cc in each. which will get rid of my pooch and lift my butt. exactly my goal!!

hi, I was told that the min amount of fat that had to be transfered is at least 600cc. As with any procedure do your homework about the procedure you are inquiring about and please go on at least 3 consults min before choosing a surgeon.. Also check with the american board of plastic surgery , certificationmatters.org, and texas state medical boards ALWAYS check these sites! if your surgeon as a facility of his own that he does the procedures check the site to make sure it is accredited at AAAASF thats EXTREMLY important. Also ask the surgeons in the consult if they have staffing privileges in hospitals and then check with that hospital to make sure VERY IMPORTANT! you want to go to a surgeon that performs this procedure ALOT! Dont settle on your plastic surgeon please do your research. You have to be totally comfortable with this surgeon cuz he is responsible for your life. If you have any uneasy feelings with any plastic surgeon then they are not the one. Dont rush this take your time to research everything. If it has to come down to it safe your money longer and look outside of San Antonio. I see people fly to dr salama he does these BBLs all the time and he is very good. I know that you want your prebaby body back but dont comprimise your life for a booty. If you have to wait to fly out of state to do it then its well worth it. Just please take your time dont choose right now do more consults please! Good luck and i really hope you take your time with consults and research. My prayers are with you

I rescheduled my pre-op for today. I have to admit, since I'm now 10 days away from the surgery, I am extremely nervous and scared. I have wanted this surgery for so long, but I'm terrified of the risk of death. I know it's very rare, but it does happen. In fact it happened with a patient that my PS did the same surgery on last year, but was considered an accident. Any reassurance, especially from patients of Dr Young would be greatly appreciated!!

They said he punctured an artery that eventually led to too much blood loss and she died.
