I'm now 16 days post op. I know I probably shouldn't have, but I've taken off my garment. It hurt so much to have it on. I feel soooo much better without it. I'm thinking of putting it back on though because I'm not seeing the results I wanted in my lower abdomen. My butt is still a good size and I hope it doesnt get smaller. The only time I'm in pain anymore is when I sleep. My lower back and hips swell up and I take hydrocodone to help me sleep. Other than that, some parts of my abdomen, back, and hips are still a little hard. It sort of feels like its damaged tissue or something. Not sure if thats normal. Also when I sit, it feels like I'm sitting on something hard. More on the left cheek than the right.

You should but your garment back on or try a stage two garment n you shouldn't sit on it yet with out the bobby pillow n even wen u can start sitting u going to feel like u sitting on it remote control

I had asked about being able to sit on it and my doc said that because all the fat was injected on the top of my butt cheeks I could sit since no pressure would be put on the top. But you're right, it does feel like I'm sitting on a remote or something. I might look into a more comfortable garment.

Thanks so much!! I love my booty, but I really hope my abdomen flattens more. I'm sure it will, since it's only been 2 weeks. Good luck on you BBL. And yes, I will definitely post more pix. I like seeing the before and afters

Hi: I am so glad that your surgery went well. Did the doctor tell you how much fat was removed and then reinjected?

Hi Van777,
You look great. I was told that there were no good doctors in texas, none as good as salama. How do you feel?

Well the doctor that did my BBL is known in San Antonio for his breast augs and being that I'm only 2 weeks post op, I'd have to wait and see how much Im happy with the results to be able to decide if I'd recommend Dr Young.

I'm now 2 days post op. Up until a few hours ago, I have pretty much just slept. My butt and stomach are so sore that I'm literally popping hydrocodone every 4 hrs. I have walked from room to room everyfew hours to relieve the pressure from my bottom but after a few min of standing I feel dizzy. Now that I'm in a little less pain I'm going to try to walk around more. I took off my garment to shower today and did feel extremely dizzy and nauseous as warned. However I wasn't as bruised as I had expected. Ill post an update again in a few days. I was wondering in what position I should b sleeping in. My butt hurts from constantly being on it. Ill call the nurse tomorrow

Please do not sit or lay on your butt! You could lose the fat that was transferred, lay on your stomach and use a BBL pillow or rolled town to sit on your thighs and relieve pressure from your butt. Hope everything goes well! ❤
