I finally did!! procedure is booked! since high school I've envied women with larger breasts and wanted some of my own! now that my husband and I are done having kids he's helped me with finally booking the procedure. I wear a 34C (VS) but i don't actually fill out the whole bra haha. Moe realistically more like a small 34B. I decided to book with Neaman plastic surgery in Salem, OR. after trying in sizes I felt like some where around 400cc is what I'm looking for. large C to small D. my husband and I have looked at tons of others results and am so thankful for others reviews and I hope I can help some others who are thinking about implants! I'll be sure to take before and afters! here are some wishes!

Day of treatment
Couple hours and counting!!
Alright ladies, T- 5 hours!!! Actually a lot of my nervousness had gone away and I'm more excited than everything. Worst part about a late schedule time is not eating or drinking anything all day!!!! I'll just consider it the beginning on my surgery diet lol. Here are my befores so you guys can see the difference and I myself can remember. Now I'm going to take my shower with antibacterial soap. Then I think I'm going to wear comfy clothes there, but since there's so much time before hand (and I'm driving an hour down for it) I'm going to bring an extra pair of clothes for after. And I bought a new zip up for after too. I'll also bring my meds cause I'm pretty sure I'll want to take an anti-naesous one for the way home. Any one think of last minute things to bring??
I'm going between 400,425, and 450 size wise. My surgeon tends to do all high profile and I've seen some that look good, but I've also liked lots of moderate plus profiles. It's all in his hands and I'll just emphasize what I'm going for. So exciting!!! I'll update as soon as I feel well enough!!

1 day post
Day 1 post-op!!!
Let's start with getting there! I got to the surgery center and checked in very quickly. The doctor came back and we talked about my wish pics again and what results I was wanting. Them IV got up in and I talked to the anesthesiaologist. If you're like me and you get sick easily or think you might definitely emphasize that to them! They loaded me up with tons of anti naseua mess and not oh boy were those a life saver, didn't get sick once!!
I barely remember going back then woke up in recovery. Everything went great and I didn't feel too bad. My chest just felt like it was bruised from being punched or something. They also gave me more pain meds through the IV before leaving.
So my doctor ended up going with 450cc high profile. I've taken a couple peeks and I think they're going to be perfect!!
We had a hour drive home which wasn't bad at all and I felt wide awake and fine once getting home. I've been taking my antibiotics, oxycodone, Valium (muscle relaxer, and zophran on a timed routine. I feel pretty darn good though still!! ALSO super important-I've been icing the whole time so far and I think it's really helping. Let me know if I forgot something you wanted to know about!! But so far, so good!!! These pics are less than 24 hours out.

I’ve been so nervous and have been checking this to see how you did. I’m worried about the pan but I have had another procedure and he said I would done fine bc of how I handled that one. Curious how you are feeling and if on day 2 post op you would get out and about to watch your kids soccer game??? That is what I’m worried about. I also coach a team and I’m getting mine done on a Thursday and I have a game on Sunday????

I'll just say it still hasn't been a full day and me and the hubby are going to watch a movie here soon lol. Pain is definitely tolerable as long as you take your meds as needed and don't try to do too much with your arms. I think you'll feel ok for the game, but definitely no running up and down the field are hard high fives
