Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

2 weeks post op

Every day gets better and better. The scar had healed wonderfully, the bruising is completely gone, and the swelling continues to decrease.
I am still real tight and have trouble standing fully erect, but that too is improving. Patience... I follow the Dr.'s orders to the T, and haven't had a single problem.
I still get a little tired in the middle of the day, but I've been able to work since day 5 post op. (I opted to work from home 5 days, and now I am back in the office.)
I'll post more pics once the swelling goes down a little more.
I am SOOOOOO happy I decided to have this surgery with Dr. Rottler. He and his staff are truly amazing.

10 days post

The incision still looks bad, but I am feeling much better. Patience....

Day 9, getting easier and easier

I am still not able to stand fully erect just yet. I had quite a bit of tissue removed, so I am stretched really really tight. Each day my range of motion gets a little bit better. I still tire very quickly, but I blame that on lack of sleep.
I've been able to work from home for the most part since day 6, but wish I could have taken more time off in order to rest.
My next post op visit is in a couple of days, and I will post some new pics.
