After having my kids, a hysterectomy and a couple other surgeries if knew I wanted to get the railroad picture removed. I wanted my pouch gone!! Post surgery-the ride home was HORRIBLE. As well as the first three days. I'm glad you cannot turn back time! I was amazed how much I improved each day. I was back at work by Jan 13th. I love my shape and would do it again (but thank goodness I won't have too).

I'm still off the treadmill for the time being, but plan to start walking slowly again this weekend per my PS advice. I was off for three weeks with No pain. I am excited to say my body is healing nicely. I love my shape!! I know my tummy is still healing but I can't wait until I can fully excersice again. My swealling still goes up and down, but here is a pic of when the swealling is down. Again, I can not stress how thankful I am to Dr. Rottler for giving me back my confidence!! I fit in jeans 2 size smaller than I was!!

Hi.
Thanks for sharing. Do you have a before picture you could share?

Sure. I didn't like looking at my tummy before so I only have a couple of pics. If you have any other questions I am happy to answer :-) Are you thinking of a TT?

Yes. I'm scheduled for May. Your results look really good. How long has it been since your procedure? How long did it take for your swelling to go away? Did you have to wear a spanx garment?

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I hope you decide to post your journey on here!! I would love to see and help you through the process.
I had surgery on Dec 26th so i'm approx 15 weeks post-op. My follow-up with Dr. Rottler was on December 31st at which time my initial dressing came off (where I could see it for the first time) and yup I was ordered to put on my spanx once I got home. I wore it day and night for eight weeks. It was SOO helpful for me. Especially at night when your more prone to movement. My swelling went down at aprox eight weeks, but swelling will still go up and down for several months. Today I'm more swollen but that's probably because I was outside playing volleyball with my daughter last night :-)
Take it from me...take some before pics!! I regreat not taking better pics of myself for people like you who would like to see the change. I WISH I would have found this site prior to my surgery...I may not have been so nervous.
A bit of advise...PLEASE make sure you have someone there with you 24/7 for the first 3 days. It's the hardest time BUT it gets MUCH better each day. I was totally impressed on how much I was able to do each passing day.
I have pics from the intial time if you would like to see. Just let me know :-)
Take care!!

Yes. Can you post a pic of your scar? I'm planning to log my journey on here. I need to take some before pictures but I was waiting until I got closer to my surgery date. I still have 6 wks to go.

I actually bought mine from Gordmans. I purchsed four of them (you don't want to have to do laundry every couple of days) :-) I will see if i can find a pic of one and post as well!! :-)

I posted above!! Let me tell you...6 weeks is not long! It will be here before you know it!!! I'm so excited for you!! Are you going with Dr. Rottler? I'm here if you need anything!!

Thanks for all the updated pics. It's really helpful having an idea of what my stomach may look like the first 6 wks. Yes, I'm scheduled with Dr. Rottler.
