Well, I am still EXCITED about my results!!! I've attached a few pictures of what I look like when I'm NOT swollen. Yes, it's still going up and down. I am back on the treadmill but don't go pass 3.6 (I know...walking) but I think I over did it when I started at 3 months so I don't want any further delay so I'm taking it slowly. I have another month before I go back to Dr. Rottler for a check up. I hope to be down another 5 lbs but we will see :-) I just need to get better about eating healthier. We are always on the go with our kids that I grab what I can or go without eating, which is not any better.

What did you use on your scar? When did you start wearing your CG?

CG - started wearing after my initial follow-up like he suggested. Whew! the thing didn't come off until the end of Feb., but I attribute my shape to it!! Hands down! I use Palmer's Cocoa Butter Scar Removal which comes in a jar versus bottle because I'm of mixed race. I think that did wonders!

Suggestion re Spanx...my doctor suggested I wear the full body (up to the chest) version. It helps with shaping your body. If you purchase mid support spanx you HAVE to think about your belly button healing and how it may irrate it!! Also, make sure they are easy access in the crotch area!! You will use all your might to make it to the restroom...you DON'T want to have to fight to get the thing off to make it in time. Just my 2 cents!!
