Ever since I hit puberty, I always had an abnormal large breast for a male. I thought it was natural and hoped it would go away. Over the years, it did not go away and I decided to get gynecomastia surgery to help reduce it. Three weeks after the surgery, the outcome is exactly how I imagined it would turn not. I do not regret getting the surgery. The only con is that surgery was painful, but that was expected.
