I'd met my surgeon about five years ago when I went in for a consult for a possible tummy tuck. I chickened out but then in February of this year I went in and discussed BA. Long story short, its scheduled and paid in full! I'm scheduled next week, 325 cc on the right and 350 on the left silicone implants. Hopefully high profile. That's what we tentatively decided on anyways. I'm 5'8, 135 lbs and my right breast is quite a bit smaller than the left. You'll see that in my pictures. So I'm currently a 34b, I'm hoping to be a full c or small d afterwards. eeeekkk!

Leave for St Louis tomorrow after work!!

So tomorrow night after I get off work I'll be boarding a small plane to Lambert Airport in St Louis in preparation for my surgery!! I'm set for Tuesday morning at 9:45. I'm very nervous, but more excited than anything :)

I've got 2 photos that I'm going to use for my surgeon, my wish pics so I'll share them here.

One more thing

Something I forgot to mention earlier is that my right breast had 2 lumps removed about 10 years ago. They were benign, thank God, but that is why my right is so much smaller than the left. I really hadn't noticed how much smaller it was until I went for my consultation

I did it!

Well I'm one day postop. I just left the surgeon's office and he said things are looking good. A little concerned about the right breast because there's some swelling that he isn't sure if its a hematoma or not. He wrapped me with an ace wrap to wear for the next week, then I see him next Monday. Hopefully there won't be any issues. I'm a lot more sore than I thought I'd be, but taking my pain pills pretty often, I've not really taken norco but taking robaxin and tramadol. I'll post pics later, I'm too tired to take my bra off right now.

Day 10 postop!

Well, I erased all of my pictures from here and then decided to try to repost them. I went back to work this week on day 7 and doing pretty welll. My skin is stretching around the implants and making me itch so I've been using a lot of lotions. I've also been using a silicone gel on my incisions and hopefully this will help since I tend to scar so bad. I have a scar on my right breast from a lump that was removed about 10 years ago and I've been using it on that also, and after a week its already starting to fade! I'm very happy with my results thus far. I'm wearing a 34D, it's really tight still from the swelling, so that should go down soon. Of course I'm still wearing my surgical bra to sleep in and not going without a bra at all. I'm so excited about my result and can't wait to start wearing tank tops! I've still got a lot of bruising (or what I would call a lot), but I tend to bruise very easily. The worst part of my postop time has been the rib pain and the constipation. I only took pain meds the day of surgery, and one Norco the day after and haven't taken anything since then because I could tell my bowels were going to stop lol. I finally had my first bowel movement today on day 10. I've been taking magnesium citrate and gas-x and today was finally the day. Not to be gross or anything, it's just a part of the postop period that I never thought about. I looked about 6 months pregnant for several days and still feel bloated and like I look pregnant. My weight is back down to my preop weight of 137 (I'm 5'8) after holding onto about 5 lbs for the past week or so. I'm seeing more and more improvements every single day. I still wake up in the morning and think "Did I really do this?" I asked my doc to make sure my parents can't tell that I had this done, and so far they've not said a word! I started wearing a super padded bra 4 months preop to get their eyes used to seeing me with a little bit up top and so far I've been wearing a lot of dark colored tops around them.

swim top

Forgot to post this bikini top from Charlotte Russe. It's on a little crooked lol but I still can't believe this is me! This top is XL, prior to surgery I would've been a small. Yay!

So happy I did this!

So I'm three weeks postop tomorrow. I'm so happy that I did it. I have been faithfully using Kelo-Cote that I found over the counter (expensive but worth it) and my scars are looking great. The only question I have is this. I took a photo of myself at a baseball game this weekend and can't help but think the bigger boobs make me look top heavy...that was my biggest concern before the surgery. Anyone have any advice here? They look great without clothes lol, I just don't want to look overweight I'm clothes...I'm 5'8, 135 lbs. I don't wear anything loose fitting, all my clothes are fitted.

25 days post op, pain is GONE! My boobs are feeling soft and natural now.
Saint Louis Plastic Surgeon

So far I have been so happy with Dr Rottler and his staff. They have been great with working around my schedule since I live a couple hours away from his office. Surgery was performed in his surgery center attached to his office and it was a great experience. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and eased my anxiety over the fact that I'd never been under anesthesia before. I stayed in a hotel the night of surgery with my boyfriend and Dr Rottler called me around 8:00 that night to check up on me. I saw him the next morning and was released to go home, then he saw me a week later. The staff was always courteous and easy to work with. I've already referred 2 people to him and went with him in the first place myself after searching the internet for hours. He had excellent reviews and before/after pictures.
