I got my stitches out!! Dr. Rottler said he was really happy with the contour and shape of my breasts. He also was impressed at how soft they're getting already! I've been doing the massages a lot! :) He said they're only going to get more beautiful from here and that there is no capsular constriction!! He said my bruises are turning a beautiful shade of yellow (LOL) and are getting ready to fade away. The bottom halves of my breasts are starting to regain some feeling now and there are some stingers that are coming along with that, but not bad at all. Still have a smidge of gurgling occasionally on the right side when I put my arms over my head. Only having tightness in my chest if I've been at the store or up walking around a lot. I haven't even had as much as 200mg of ibuprofen since day 4. I've also been back to work since day 4 (and drove myself there too). Overall, I'm thrilled with my new boobies. I actually feel like a woman for the first time in my life and it's incredible. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rottler and his beautiful work and amazing bedside manner. He really cares and you can tell. I. AM. SO. HAPPY.

Beautiful!!! I'm considering going with sailine for my revision. My doctor said that bc I'm thin that it will show more ripples but i see thin girls all the time who look great with sailine. Do you have this rippling? Yours look very pretty and natural! Congrats!!!

Thanks so much!!! :) No rippling at all, and I probably never will since they're under the muscle.

That's great! I have some rippling on my right side and it's silicone but it's the smaller implant (not sure if that makes a difference.) Anyways, I think that I would've had more size options if I went sailine. :))

Thank you!!! I've been smushing them since day 1 per doctor's orders. I could make them touch together by day three! These pics were taken day 8! Massage, massage, massage! Play with those boobies any chance you get!

Also, it's easier to "roll" your implant inward than it is to just push it straight in toward the middle. That's how my doc recommends to do it too.

Ohhh ok great! Thanks for the tip! Yes I've been playing with them more from day 5 post to now and I've noticed a big difference. But that makes a lot of sense with rolling inward. Ya I rly like my dr but this last visit the office was packed and he wasn't as descriptive. Thank goodness for this site and all you ladies lol

Omg contrasts they r turning prettier n prettier each time . N yo scar is really small u can tell it will disapear..... I'm still thinking of doing my incision on armpit too but I'm still deciding.. your results sound great just because I'll n driving to skool right away as well .. do u think its because of incision that made it eadier??

My doc says armpit incision is less invasive. My recovery was great, plus I don't have the weight of the implants resting on my incisions, which is a huge plus! I woke up from surgery in a cute VS bra!

So, at 4 days post I was able to drive myself to work! I've been off the narcotic pain killers since day two and have only been taking ibuprofen! This morning, I was able to lift my 15 lb 8 month old daughter! I could have cried! I've missed snuggling her so much! One question...when did your bloat go away, ladies?? The struggle is real!! The bruising under my breasts is already turning yellow and getting ready to fade away! Here are some pics of my boobies and armpit incisions!

Took about a week, I had to be off the narcotic pain meds for a few days, drink tons of water and Gatorade and took 2 laxatives a day until things got back to normal

The bloat is horrible!! I look 5 months pregnant!! LOL! It actually is sticking out further than my humongous new boobies. Lol!

I literally was nine pounds heavier, yuck. I know some of the weight was my new boobs (yay!) but not all of it (bleh!)

9 lbs!!! I'm not getting near the scale then!! My PS told my husband to take the batteries out of the scale for about two weeks!!! Hahaha! Smart dude! I'm not going to weigh myself until next week. I already did some research and expect my 400cc implants to weigh 0.88 lbs each.

I started really feeling the bloat last night have been taking softeners and even used my daughters glycerin last night bc I thought I was going to explode and it was all I had lmao. But nothing happened :(. This morning went a little and felt a little better. You just have to get that all out of you lol. Gross I know! Have you been feeling like some parts of your back fell asleep like numbing??

I had been taking fiber like crazy and it was only making me gassy! I took my last dose of antibiotics last night and was finally able to go a little this morning! I totally forgot that antibiotics also back me up!! I took a ridiculous amount of probiotics as soon as I was done with the antibiotics and things seem as if they're heading in the right direction now. Still bloated, but things are moving!! I haven't felt any numbness in my back, but the bottom halves of my breasts have no sensation at all. Totally numb. The tops of my breasts and my nipples have sensation though.

Your boobs look great! And your scars are so nice and short, I'm sure they will be nearly invisible when they are healed. Be careful to not over do anything, even if you are physically capable of lifting your baby it might not be the best idea. Definitely don't want to cause any complications!

Thank you!!! I'm only lifting her with my biceps, with my elbows at my side. No chest muscles at all. I'm being very very careful and using good body mechanics. Promise! :)

The bloat has gone down a little. It feels better but still looks out of control. Cannot wait to see these boobies paired with my normal stomach!
