You look wonderful. A lot like mine actually, just a tad smaller (I got 465 xfp).

Can I ask, how do you find the firmness? I'm 4 months post op too (surgery was Dec 21 2015), and I'm hoping they'll still soften a bit more. I also have 2 kids and think I had a little less natural breast tissue than you to start off.
Hi! They are pretty soft at this point. They feel way more natural than I had anticipated.

After having 2 kids I was interested in breast...

After having 2 kids I was interested in breast augmentation. Breast feeding really took a toll on their appearance and I decided to pull the trigger as a Christmas gift to myself. I was a small b maybe and hoping to achieve a small d. I went with natrelle inspira 365 & 385 and am ecstatic with the results! I also got the pain pump because I was worried about recovery with 2 young children. Recovery was a breeze! The whole experience was wonderful!
