36 Year Old with mild acne

Everything is going smoothly. I decided to stay on 40 milligrams instead of increasing the dosage to 80. I want to keep the side effects minimum. I have joint pains but I’m still able to workout. I only had one pimple in the last few months. A lot of my blemishes have faded. I still have dry lips though but overall loving the results. However, there’s one thing, my complexion has darken by 3 shades from being in the sun during the summer time and I had spf 50 on. I’m slowly returning to my original complexion. Nothing has changed as far as side effects which I'm so happy about. Still dry lips and skin. Oh I did get a dry patch on my right arm so I purchased some Dermasil and that helped a lot. Here's the pics.
