I was motivated to seek out a breast lift with implants due to breast changes after weight gain and post pregnancy. I knew I was done having children and was ready to gain back my body and self-esteem. I did schedule my surgery for about 3 months out from my initial consultation and started to eat healthy and workout 5-7 days per week. I lost 30 lbs prior to surgery and felt good about going into surgery at my current weight. I was a 36 C prior to surgery and in desperate need of a lift. After speaking with Dr. Nathan, he was great at talking me through the process of picking a size the fit my body. I went with a Full D cup. I am currently 3 weeks post surgery. There was very little pain after about 4 days. Dr Nathan does amazing work. They look fantastic and a I am so glad that I chose St Louis Cosmetic Surgery.

The sole reason I chose to pick Dr.Nathan at St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery is that at my initial consultation he spent about 45-60 min with me going over the entire process with me. He is very knowledgeable and is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He is also on St Louis Best Doctors list. He has great bedside manner and after looking at before and after photos of previous patient's he has worked with I was sold. His nurse Carol is fantastic as well. She is responsive to all questions and made me feel comfortable. He has a fantastic team around him. From Nancy at the front who takes your payment, to Pam, to Carol, to Dr. Nathan, they have made this experience a great one for me. More importantly, my boobs look fantastic.
