Hello RS! I have decided to share my journey with realself because I have read many reviews here which helped me a lot with all the questions I might have. Also, I am sharing my story to help remember this big part of my life as well as help others that are in similar situations. I have devoted my time for my family now it's my turn.

2 weeks before my pre op appt
Today, I feel like crap!!! I have been eating as much as I can. I don't know why but the closer to the date of my surgery.. I become more stressed.. And when I'm stressed, I eat! So my stomach feels heavy and it's really big like I'm a few months pregnant. I think I'm coming down with a cold... My throat is really scratchy, I have a really bad headache and my nose is clogged.. I don't know if my allergies are just getting worse or I'm coming down with a cold.
I have not been sleeping well.. I'm excited and nervous so I'm constantly looking at before and after pics of women whose had a tummy tuck or a mommy makeover.. I've been reading about their reviews and journals.. But I am going to really start eating healthy as well as taking multivitamins because this feeling bloated and heavy is no fun! It's very hard to get up for work or just do anything around the house.

Lol glad I'm not the only one who's constantly reading reviews and looking at pictures. Hope your feeling better! Stay motivated to workout :) our TT is just around the corner :)

I love everyone's TT results!! I'm more excited to have a flatter stomach than having my breast augmented!

I swear iv been on here more and more each day!! It's really helped me though and for this I thank and appreciate each of the ladies who have gone before me!!
