It has been over three and a half years since Dr. Kaczynski performed my endoscopic brow lift! Again, I consider myself fortunate to be a patient, of such an exceptionally skilled plastic surgeon, as my result is still.....Nothing...... But.....AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My brows were sagging, therefore I would scrunch up my forehead to hold my brows up! However, my forehead was always wrinkled giving me a tired look! So with this mini procedure my down time was four days and my result was amazing!

I would love to share a picture of how I look after three and a half years. However, I had difficulty uploading the picture! I actually couldn't even leave you a message. I'm so surprised I'm able to leave this message today 5/11/2014.

I think because, at the time of my review,my user name was "sunflower". However, I could never update, because, somehow I was mixed in with someone from New Zealand! At any rate, I think I will try to update my review with a picture or two, and if I run into any road blocks I'll have you post. Thank you for your input!!!

What's a mini brow lift?
March 7, 2015
Hello Marmara,
I do believe a mini brow lift is the same, as a endoscopic brow lift! However, It would be best to see a plastic surgeon for a consultation, for the reason being ...he is the "Expert" in that field, then he can explain all the options. Everyone is unique, so .. the procedure I had ( the endoscopic brow lift ) with five small incisions in my head, just a little into my hairline) may not be the same procedure someone else would need or maybe, wouldn't need....at all! I highly recommend my plastic surgeon who is exceptionally skilled, Dr.Andrew Kaczynski...... My result is ....Amazing!

I have excess skin on my eyelids and my brows are not very high either, so I've been going back and forth on whether I should just have an endoscopic brow lift because if I just get an eyelid reduction (Blepharoplasty), it could bring my brow down even more, which I definitely don't want. I do a lot of work on computers and I feel like I am constantly having to raise up my eyelids to see comfortably, thus it's caused a few forehead wrinkles above each eye (no wrinkles in my middle forehead). I had wondered for awhile why my wrinkles didn't go across my whole forehead and recently figured out that it's because I'm straining to lift my eyes up. I'm 42 and it's gotten worse just over the past year or two. I heard a brow lift can help with the eyelid skin problem as well. Some doctors on here are calling it a 2 problem procedure. So, instead of having to get a Blepharoplasty AND an endoscopic brow lift, just the brow lift could take care of both issues. I really want to avoid 2 surgeries.
I live in Richmond, Va, and I'd really like to find a doctor in this area who has a lot of experience with this as I'm nervous about scarring or a botched job. If anyone happens to know of a good Virginia surgeon, I'd appreciate it (seems like everyone lives out West...lol).

looks wonderful. Did the doctor use sutures, screws or endotine?
