There is such a thing as dermatographic skin. It is HELL to live with silicone implants if silicone irritates a person's skin that badly. I lived with so much itching and burning and pain from the moment they went in til safe to remove. Later, had silicone tape on the scar, got the same reaction. Also my brain fog cleared up as soon as the implants were removed.

He was okay, but I wound up having the implants out as soon as the scar healed cause i could not stand the itching. Looking good, which is what he was interested in selling me, was so far NOT my main goal. I use a lot of medical equipment already and didn't want to look sicker. happy they are out. He was kind to do my mastectomy. my advice, get some silicone and check your skin before doing the implants.
