I have deflated breasts due to breastfeeding 3 children. I wear a vs bombshell bra daily, which helps, but I can barely fill a 32b. I have considered breast augmentation for many years and I am finally doing it. My surgery is scheduled for Dec. 7. I am feeling very nervous about the surgery and the recovery. I have a 22 month old son, so my biggest concern is taking care of him when my husband returns to work the Monday following my surgery (I will have my husband home for 5 days) . I am getting 375cc mentor silicone moderate profile plus implants. They will be inserted under the muscle, through the areola, using a Keller funnel. I plan to post before pictures soon. Any advice on caring for a toddler, recovery, tips, etc. I would greatly appreciate.

Why did he use Mentor? Was that your choice?

When he did mine he was using Sientra. Dr. K did mine too. That's why I asked. PM me if you have any questions. Hope youre doing ok. I know the first couple days are really hard. Please dont try to do too much.

I had a similar breast shape to you and just had 360cc Mentor moderate on 11/29. I didnt post but am looking to see others post op. Will you be posting progress. I just want to see if others' adjustments progress like mine.

Are you happy with your size? Yes, I will post a few updates.

I do like the size so far. Trying to be patient while they drop and soften. I wanted a natural look, a little rounded, with added volume lost from pregnancy. One week post op. I started soft massage with cocoa butter because my skin was tight. It is helping. Im still sore and sleeping kinda sucks. Im curious about the drains. Thank you for posting. Id love to see your progression and would share mine privately. Feel better!

My surgery was yesterday morning. I felt pretty sore, but I woke up today in a lot of pain.. I add m getting around a little better. Saw doc this morning and said all looks good so far.. I get my drains out tomorrow. Not all docs use drains but he says it helps with swelling and discomfort to remove excess blood and fluid.
