My incisions seem to be healing nicely. My muscle strength improves daily, though certain tasks are still uncomfortable. The doc said it could take up to 6 months to regain full muscle strength. My breasts are getting softer by the day. Trying to stay patient while waiting for them to drop.

Yesterday marked 3 weeks since my surgery. I am doing pretty well. Still waiting for my breasts to drop and soften. My doctor said I have not been applying enough pressure while doing my breast massage. I have some work to do.

Looking good! Are you doing message once a day? They look soft. Did you know that Dr. K officially retired? So sad to see him go:( loving my results so far!
