okay so here's the scoop on today. I'm starting to I think that may be getting my boobs done is not such a good idea. I'm really concerned about all of the risks and all of the maintenance and how likely it is to have several surgeries after. I'm really not looking forward to spending 15,000 or 20,000 dollars on my boobs for the next 20 years. Also, I am a pole dancer as well as an exotic dancer meaning I pole dance for fitness I'm an instructor and pole dancing is my life. I plan on opening a studio in the future and I do shows and just pole for fun in my house in for fitness. I'm scared that it will affect my pole dancing and it will hinder the workouts that I do because they are mostly chest exercises like doing a bunch of pull ups. I'm also really muscular in my chest and concerned that the healing process of going under the muscle will not be fun and again hinder my performance in the future. So I have to ask myself am ia pole dancer or Am I an exotic dancer? Also I do really well at work with small natural boobs. As most girls say a boob job doesn't make you more money it just gives you more confidence well I already have a lot of confidence and as my boyfriend says why fix something that isn't broke? But I do know that I want them I'm just not sure it's worth the risk.

okay so I'm 15 days away from my surgery date and of course I cannot get off the internet! I'm doing so much research on capsular contracture and vitamins and all the things that can go wrong. It's driving me crazy I'm almost at the point where I don't even care what they look like anymore I just don't want to have capsular contracture lol. However I'm pleased to say that after all of my research I feel better about it because now I feel as if I have some control over the outcome whereas before it was very risky I felt. So I'm going to start taking vitamin E capsules 2 weeks after my surgery and of course doing massages. Plus I'm going to start taking arnica and bromelain really soon here. I've also decided to stop drinking and eat lots of vegetables not a lot of meat. I went to Elliott's natural foods and I love that place and I love the woman that works there and I told her that I was getting a breast augmentationand she had given me a lot of advice in a lot of herbal remedies to help out right after that I did research and sure enough she was right. I should have never doubted her lol she's never steered me wrong. so I feel a little better today.I do feel as if I need a little more research on sleeping on your stomach and keeping them wrapped up for a week. If anybody has done this and has also taking vitamin E capsules please let me know how it turned out I have yet to find a story where a woman was taking vitamin E oil capsules early on and developed capsular contracture most of the time to stories with capsular contracture end up where the woman started taking it when it's too late. So if anybody has any stories regarding this please let me know!

TLDR: doing too much research but its paying off. Yay for vitamin e.

Interesting about the vitamin E! I haven't seen research about that. You're like me, I want to research everything so nothing is a surprise I guess. lol. I need to look into the natural foods/supplements as well.

Its not bad I had them done 4 yrs ago and didn't know I had a cc until about 9 months later ..since I had a baby who os now 21 months old and I breastfeed which broke down some scar tissue I guess because it is soft now but sits a little differently then my right side..I didn't use vitamin e until I discovered I had the cc

Eeep! I'm so excited. A couple days ago I was really thinking about not doing it even tho I had already paid my deposit due to capsular contracture fears. But my boyfriend said everything in life Is a risk. When you want something, you gotta take a risk. And he's absolutely right! Can't wait. I'm really trying to not drink because I want to be super healthy. I don't drink a lot but I do drink ....everyday (a drink or two, not getting blasted) I also smoke a cig 3-4 times a week. Barely anything but I'm starting to dred cutting my little vices out :/ but don't care cuz I'm getting boobies!!! I do want to call my doctor and see what his procedure is on cc and how much it is, etc. tho. Ill do that on Monday. I've been talking about my boobs and looking at boobs non-stop all while trying not to annoy everyone around me lol. I'm sure I'm failing. ;) well gotta get ready for work. :D
Over n out.
