WORTH IT
I chose to have Liposuction of my abdomen, inner/outer thighs, and iliac crest, as these were areas that I really struggled to lose weight from. I typically run up to 5 times a week, 4-7mi depending on the day, and always incorporate weight lifting throughout the week. I have just found that it has been harder as I have aged ( I know i'm still very young) or perhaps my genetics, to get these areas to trim down - an hour to an hour and a half of exercise a day is just not cutting it for me. In addition to my exercise habits, I am also a Vegan and I live a very healthy lifestyle. I just had my procedure on the 25th of June and I will happily post my before and after pictures asap. I am already VERY pleased with my results and I am only 3 days out. I also had a breast augmentation- this was my second breast augmentation, I decided to exchange my 250cc Saline implants for 650cc UHP Silicone Mentor implants. I also had some Capsular Contracture of the right breast that was removed during the exchange. I chose to increase my implant size due to personal preference. My incision was inframammary, my choice. I am extremely happy with my breast size, they look very proportional with my frame.

I love your breast size and legs! I would be so happy with your results! I will have my procedures on the 13th and on the 17th of July. I am so excited right now and worried and cannot think about anything else, really.
I will get 600ccs if they fit completely under all muscles.. if not, the PS will have implants of 550cc and 530cc and if all of them do not fit under my muscles he will place 610ccs that are more textured (for the grip) under my breast muscle (dual plane). So, I am really afraid of ending with 530cc and being too small.. on the other hand, I am also worried, I might not feel good being so big, getting 600 and starting with almost nothing (full a cup, 34 band size). Oh, well.... What a journey.
I will probably end up being a 34DD/E and since I am quite tall, I think that will be a good size, big but in work clothes not [RS bleep] star big. Would love to see your breasts in clothes, too, since I am worried about finding new clothes and finding a new style... I am sure I will need to get used to finding clothes that not only fit, but that suit me and my personality..
I am happy to read your review also because I will probably get ultra high profiles too. Either from Eurosilicone (600ccs, ultra high profile), or from Perthese (550ccs, high profile; 530ccs, ultra high profile; Mentor) or from Polytech (610ccs, ultra high profile).
Would love to read more from you and to hear how your doc placed your implants (dual plane, above the muscle or totally submuscular) and how you felt getting both procedures at the same time? And what was worse, the BA or the lipo? Where you allowed to shower without the pants they give you after the liposuction? I will have to wear mine for the first week 24/7. From week 2 I will be allowed to shower without them...

1 month post-op 650cc AUG
Here is a side view of my breast augmentation. 650cc ultra high profile Silicone implants by Mentor. I am extremely happy with the size. I am currently 32 DD (at Target) since I don't want to buy expensive bras in the event that they change size at all(might still be healing) . :) I was previously a 32B/small C. Also, I'm very swollen from the lipo in my garment, I'm only 4 days post-op lipo in this picture. Fyi.
