Marc Pacifico himself is hugely personable, and comes across as hugely compassionate and genuine about what he does. He treated me as an individual with sensitivity, care, but realism, telling me both the worst case scenarios as well as the desired outcome. In fact the first session left me a little downbeat as he was keen not to oversell the proceedure as not having risks or possible issues. The second session was more positive as we addressed how likely those risks might be and ways to manage their likelihood, and I came away excited. All the staff are simply lovely, from the wonderful nurses, PAS to the reception staff. Everyone seems to genuinely care about their clients and the place they work, there is a feel of genuine teamwork. Everthing ran smoothly. The day of the operation was fine. Nuffield a great place to have an operation - even if you are last on the list! Marc came in and reassured me before and checked in on me after - again he was very present and attentive, you never felt you were just 'another client'. Indeed every appointment I have been highly aware that Mark is keen to get the best possible outcome for me, not just get me out of the room and off the books. I can not recommend him or his team enough.
