Breast implants exchanged - Anatomic to Round

Almost a year ago i had my first BA with Mr Pacifico - which the only one I've choose among of others where I used to work with and in my opinion was the best and I've had the privilege to see many of his great job plus my country is a very high in plastic surgeries and I've never thought that would have his done here but only with him. So despite the nice looking and size my breast had after five months they've had rotatated. Went to see him and he totally listened to me and we agreed to wait a bit more to see if it would be any improvement of stopping. But went to see him twice and reported that both breast was keeping moving around always and forming funny shape on my breast.. then the third time I saw him he suggested exchange of the implants that would be the best option and he was prompt to do it. Finally was done and again he was just as good as always. Had the same treatment by everyone. Im very glad and thankfull to all his done! Such caring and competent surgeon. Now they look amazing more fulfill on the upper of the breast. It is great!!!

it was too early
..to say they were too small. What happened was the shocking view between the swollen and real size time which you will only see it within at least three months. Now seven months i can see the appropriate size for me a ( apart from the rotation which is happening, but im going to see my dr soon..)

Had 365cc and now is 19 days post op and they are...
Had 365cc and now is 19 days post op and they are too smal already. Nobody notice anything even my close family. I said i wanted big but no Xbig but i had no support from him to get even 400cc and now understanding the measurements, the size i wanted was 500cc to get what i wanted but he is too scared to perform big. I regret very much and will change them asap because is making me depressed.

Thank you for sharing your experience on RealSelf. Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your results. Will the same surgeon perform your revision? Were there any possible complications if you had gone bigger right away? Feel free to share your stats and any photos your're comfortable sharing with us. Hello. There is no revision to be made there is a exchange for bigger only, everything else is perfect. Major complications it wasn't his concerned apart from no looking natural and off course the breast dropping with the heavier implants but dropping it wasn't my concerned because im nearly 40 years old had a child so i have a lot if tissue to fill in then after ten years i will
Have a uplifting and exchange the implants. But as i said early i wil change them as making me unhappy and i feel that I've lost.
Hope you can go bigger so you are no longer unhappy. Sounds like it is possible. A revision can include just exchanging smaller implants for larger implants or visa verse. Glad you have plenty of tissue so the larger implants will not be a problem. Best of luck and keep us posted on your next surgery!

Oh it's so nice to hear from you! It sounds like it was a matter of time for your breasts to drop and fluff. So you are now satisfied with your size? I think you look great! What rotation issue do you still need to resolve? Thanks so much for updating us!
As I have a anatomical shape I see and feel they moving in too freely and make a funy shape on the breasts when I wake up in the morning.. hopefully they will settle down but we are on the case *-*
Well, do keep us posted. I'll be curious to see if they settle in more or if there is some tweaking that still needs to be done.
Sorry you aren't happy-PS say that most people regret not going bigger. Pictures would be helpful for others going through the journey too. Do you think you'll have a revision?
..had my revision done tree weeks ago and had a round implants at this time. My surgeon confirmed and showed pictures that both were back to front and upside down. Jesus I couldn't believe they would do all of this rotation, despite the good looking they had i always felt they floating everywhere but I've never thought would be like that. Well I think is all resolved now and I'm more happy with this type as on the upper of my breast is more fulfill then before. Thank my lovely surgeon Marc Pacífico had done a great job !!!
I love the size and shape of them. I am looking to have the same size and shape you have now. Al tho I would rather have mine as Fat Grafted, not implants.
