Ok, so I love my doc. He did a great job but I know he doesn't specialize in the bbl like most of the docs y'all are going to. He has me wearing a very high waisted spanx then wrapping a velcro waist thingy around me. I can wrap it nice and tight and it's really helping my waist heal and feel good. However, it is really pushing the swelling right in to the top of my ass. Does that make sense? I know I need to get something that is one piece that smoothes me out. So if I'm almost two weeks post op, what do you y'all recommend? I hate the thought of ordering something online and it getting here and not fitting. Since I also had inner knee lipo I need some thing that goes below the knee. Help! Any stores to go to?

11 days post op and feeling human again. We really take sitting on our asses for granted huh? My inner thighs are pretty sore and hard from lipo but looking good. I had a lymphatic massage a few days ago. When you ladies are getting massages just days after your procedure is it just lymphatic or more?
My husband is crazy now! Haha! Neither of us knew how much this would affect him! He can't stop touching my ass! In fact, right after surgery in the hospital I was on my side and he admitted to getting immediately turned on my the first site of my bum! Poor guy ;)

Well here's the thing that I didn't know. All lymphatic massage is is simply stroking the skin towards the heart. So if you lay on your tummy and have someone lightly run their hands over your skin towards your heart..... That's it! I felt a little crazy paying someone to do it!

Lymphatic massages are to drain the toxins are body doesn't drain. They massage areas to whatever lymph nodes are the closest so our body releases it when we pee, poo, and sweat. That's why they tell you after the massage to drink lots and lots of water so your body can get rid of the waste. We have lymph nodes in our neck, by our arm pits and in our groin area. Hope this helps... it is so important to get these massages post op surgery especially lipo. Also drink pure pineapple juice and take bromelain to help with swelling.

what day post-op did you start your massages? in the doc forum most say wait 2 weeks... one or two stated to start immediately
another said do Lipomassages instead

Maybe! The lady I went to seemed very knowledgable however some people are just so full of [RS bleep]! Ha!! I do know I should be drinking more water!!

I got the massages day 4 after surgery, it freakin hurt like hell but helped sooo much with the stiffness. I got one everyday after that so I had 4 total then came home and even had my husband massage me. I even massaged myself in the shower. Used a heating pad also. Salama believes 4/5 days after surgery.

Ok! Things are looking up. Post of days 3-6 were...
Ok! Things are looking up. Post of days 3-6 were not so good. I was down and depressed I guess. I think it was due to coming off those meds. I had my one week post op appt yesterday and the doc said everything is looking good. I'm 8lbs more today than I was the morning of surgery. Also my measurements are several inches up on all areas. I'm just so swollen. My rear was looking so square at first but is already taking shape. The lipo on my back and sides is making such a huge difference. I'm taking Advil and I'm in hardly any pain. Sore and swollen if anything.

It was you! I couldn't remember the name! I read your profile the night before surgery. My doc was gonna put 600 cc's on each side but then I saw your comment and you had 800. When I went in for surgery I told him to go ahead and fill it up because I knew I'd lose a bit. So he put it 1,020 cc's on each side and I didn't know till I woke up! I have to say I was a tad freaked out because I really don't want a big ass! Hahahha! But I'm already glad he did. But thank you for your story because it made me brave up and ask for more.

I was the same way! It's easy to get the booty greed! And it def does go down in the first two weeks. Good luck!!!
