Underpinning your comments are some interesting abstractions. I would agree that for those who do not find a doctor a good fit - move on. What matters is finding a doctor that aligns with one's belief systems, comfort with his/her approach to western and/or holistic medicine and that 'invisible' yet strong belief in the doctor one has chosen. For example, if one has connection to telepathic communication, clairvoyance, or pre-cognitive abilities, a doctor who embraces such an approach to healing would be better aligned with preferences for some individuals. I knew as soon as I read Dr. Kolb's book, shook her hand...I was struck with mutual intuitive energy and was immediately put at ease. The complicated surgery she performed, her ability to recognize and treat other medical conditions underlying my symptoms made my surgery and recovery successful. May we all find healers who put us on the path to recovery.

I'm happy that u find the best healer for your problems and sincerely hope that all of your health issues gonna be resolved. As for the above mentioned abilities, I was borned with them end to expedite matters I went to study Parapsychology in the 90s when it was still legal in Europe and graduated with "Cumma sum lade" (pardon if my Latin is false;) so I know quite much about telepathy; ESP; precognition and many other useful things like phantom surgery, aura diagnosis and healing with energy channeling from higher beings. Some cases it works true miracles by some it can't coz Karma, etcetera... Needless to say that combination of those with modern medicine is the best way to go... Of course some problems are only doable by one or the other;) although I can't practice officially here in Europe what I learned on the Academy coz in 2001 they outlawed it as a faculty but I do live my life to my studies accordingly and it definitely saved my life on many occasions, and maybe a few others too but I wouldn't go so far to say that for sure, even if they did afterwards. I have my theories however why the problems are happening with silicone implants with the people whose were borned and grew up on your continent way often than to us here in Europe and by looking up the statistics in comparison it's very much likely true. Please tell us all what erroneous statement I make in the book. I would say from your statements that you are certainly not ill from your implants. As I am the only plastic surgeon who became ill from silicone implants that then investigated the cause and the treatment, explain to us all why I am insincere. You certainly like to make broad critical statements with no supporting evidence.

I think that calling a doctor a conspiracy nut indicates that you are ignorant of the facts.

Yes u're right of course, sorry for that. I didn't read back than enough about it and made a harsh judgment. Since then I changed my point of view on the thematics and my only excuse that when I wrote that I read a woman's homepage who really was a conspiracy nut and mixes up medical and biochemical facts on the level of a 10 years old child, so I got overexcited (and angry) and I let it out on you. Pls forgive my ignorance! Still I believe that what happening with breast implants on US soil has other nominators then just the compounds of implants. Europe is different in many ways and here we have far less issues with or without implants than overseas...
