32 Y/o I've Been Debating for Almost a Year Now and Finally Did It Not Sure How I Feel About This Decision and Money Spent

I reviewed so many places all around the sf and east Bay Area but I remembered taking my friend about 11 years ago to a doctor in the Sacramento area who did a great job and was way less costly than others in the sf area, I knew he was pretty old at the time so when I couldn't find him I figured he died or retired! I was correct he did both while searching for this particular doctor many others came up in the Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, Cameron park areas, I called quite a few places no one responded or answered my questions politely like elitebodysculpture in Roseville they charged a few k less than sf area docs and had a bigger client line and weren't in a desperate rush to get you in and get your money, staff is amazing the entire office works well like they are all bffs and you can feel the genuine vibe among them it's a happy place and even though I was stripped down to point out my flaws in front of complete strangers I was completely comfortable and felt very free to describe what bothered me the most. I didn't qualify for financing so I paid for 3 areas the 1st week the 2nd week was my surgery week and I added a fourth area. Well the day came for me to get far removed it's supposed to be painless to some slight pain maybe it was my areas I had done but it was excruciating felt worse than child labor yes I was sedated but your awake and they numb the area which hurt worse than anything. I mean they do tell you the harsh truth that pain level and swelling varies from person to person, but long story short my pain was bad my arms and back roll were hideous to me those are the areas I couldn't stand to see when I looked in the mirror I also added my waist and front bra roll and 4 days later the pain is fading slowly, the bruising is dramatic and loud looks like someone ran over my upper body my bra roll on 1 side is almost flat the other side has almost no change same plump bra roll again Im only 4 days PO ?but I'm scared and I broke down in tears when I got a glimpse of my back area I know I will be swollen and bruised but why on 1 side is there no difference after 4 days? at all will it stay this way? what do I do?
