As soon as I left his consultation I knew he was the one. I have been researching for over a year. I was awake for surgery by choice and it was fine, no pain. This is day three with a little bruising and swelling but I can already see the results. A dream come true. The staff is great and I am scheduling him to do my eyes in two months. No need to go anywhere else.

I had my surgery on Monday. First night was the worst and it got better everyday. Stitches came off this past Monday. Barely any bruising. My high cheekbones, jaw and neck are tight but I want that. I look 20 years younger. No one can believe I had a lower face and neck lift. My results are outstanding!!!! I have been very worried on some of other people's experiences but this was way too easy???? My surgeon said the procedure lasted an hour, I barely bled and no problems from the beginning to the end. My 23 yr. old daughter came with me to get my stitches out and saw that I was cut completely in front of my ear, behind my ear and another incision one inch above the one behind my ear as well as an incision that was or is barely noticAble under my chin. My muscles in my neck, jaw and upper cheek bones are so tight but I like the way I look. I am a little sore and it feels just muscularly sore not pain. Dr. Almonte, my surgeon, Looked at me and said, I told you so with a huge grin. I want him to do more work but he says there is nothing to do but a little Botox. He doesn't push anything unnecessary. This is too good to be true and only 9 days after surgery. I see him in 6 weeks for more photos. My brother in law saw me and said he couldn't even tell I had a lift. I showed him my before pictures and he couldn't believe the change. So subtle but so secretly dramatic. I can't wait to start running into people.

I am on day 20 and I am completely back to normal. No one can tell I had the lift but I get double takes all the time. I told no one. My boss went to China for two weeks and I did it during this time. She has given me some double takes but she just can't figure it out. I look so much younger it's crazy. I deal with patients every day and a few of them are saying you look so good did you change your makeup and I say yes. I can't believe how easy the procedure was. The first day was tough and the stiffness is a little weird as is the numbness but everyone gets this so who cares. I swam 1/2 mile today with no problems. My sutures are completely healed and the scars under my chin and around the front of my ears are seamless. Nothing is there. Under my neck is a little lumpy and sore but amazing. My daughter came home from college and said that my hair looked longer but I think it's just my face is so slim now and not hanging low it makes my hair look longer. We are totally cracking up about it. My husband can't believe how good I look. It was so easy on him he said what do you want to do next? Love him!!!!
