Hi ladies I have decided to start my review regarding my butt implants with Dr. Eduardo Gongora. I’m 5’4 and 130lbs before my surgery. I haven’t had a chance to weigh myself after my surgery. I previously had in Chicago area a breast reduction and a tummy tuck procedures both wore a disaster. I’m so glad that I choose Dr. Gongora to perform my surgeries, He is the best Dr. and I’m very grateful that he put his hands on me :-) I had butt implants (300cc oval implants and 370cc of fat transfer to my buttocks.) I had liposuction to my whole back, bra line, flanks, waist and arms. On 07/23/14 He charged me $ 8000.00 for everything!!! that Includes surgery, anesthesia, pre-op studies, medication, surgical and medical supplies, private room with private bathroom and shower, 5 days in the clinic with 3 meals a day included and 24hr nurse assistance. Believe me was well worth the money. I wanted to have my implants placed intramuscular along with having a fat transfer to smooth out the overall shape on my booty and that’s exactly what I got!! I’m so happy with my results. I will be adding photos so you can all see my results.

Well, I feel much better this days. I don't have pain in my back or in the areas were I had lipo.

Can you see the shape of your implants? It seems you can see it a little from the side? I'm worry about that my surgery is 11/4/14 you look awesome by the way! And I am also 130 5'2

Well, we have to realize that I'm still recovering from the surgery. I still have a lot of inflammation around my butt and the areas were I had the lipo done..

You will be able to see the implant, mostly when you are bendind.
I do not see the implant on Mirelle in the pictures.
It is something i find out after i see mine and I ask the dr and he told me that you will see it.

I know this post is from a few years back but that is not true. I am ten days post op from butt implants I got done by de Stanton in LA and I could never see the outline of the implant like in these pictures. Have they settled into place and are more hidden now or can u still see the outline of the implant? Bcuz normally that when the implant is encapsulated and it's not suppose to look that way

How did you go to bathroom,how did you sitt there.And do you need after surgery extra higiene??

You really need to have extra hygiene after the surgery. I did not sit at all after the surgery, I used a stand urinary device until 2 weeks ago and for #2 I just made sure that every time I had to go I used wet wipes to clean the area and then I would take a shower.

Why are the implants visable? Just to be honnest im not to impressed by this job :/ if you like it is all that matters but I do not want visable implants and doc gongora usually from what I have seen does great work. Did you not have enough fat to transfer?

Hi Nataliah 86, I don't see or feel my implants at all. Those are just the visible marks from the garment.
