Mom in Need of a Tummy Tuck After Weight Loss. Rockville, MD

So I've been researching and looking into the tummy tuck procedure for about over 6 years. I'd always dreamed about having my pre pregnancy body back and knew I wanted a tummy tuck. May 2013 I'd decided that I was tired of being 260 lbs so I started busting my butt to lose the weight. I lost 85 lbs and I can see an outline of my abs but I feel it will never look how it looked before my pregnancies. I work out daily at least 1 1/2-2 hours and also train clients. I've been wanting this but now I feel even better about deciding to move forward now I understand proper nutrition and exercise so it's not a quick fix. I've been stalking this site for about a year. I really enjoy all the updates, posts and reviews so I decided to share
mines to help others as well. I've had about 4 consultations so far but I know exactly who want to do my surgery. My most recent consult was with Dr. Adam Tattlebaum and I love his work and he explains everything regarding the procedure in full detail. I spoke with several of his clients in the waiting area who were there for post op appointments and they had nothing but good and amazing things to say about him. I am currently 194 lbs I want to lose possibly another 25-30 pounds before my surgery. I also want to schedule for sometime MidApril.

So I know it's been a while since I've updated here. I've been really stalking this site, the reviews, the results and stories and I've decided to go ahead and make my deposit soon to lock in my surgery date! This is something I've been wanting to do for years! The last time I had a flat tummy was at age 16! I had my first child when I was 17 so I don't know how it feels to have a flat tummy at this age. All of my 20's were with my pudgy belly :( Wait a minute I'm telling my age aren't I? Haha. I kept telling myself keep working out it will eventually go away but this stomach pooch will not let me be GREAT! One thing that has kept me from moving forward is I guess the fact of knowing I will be put to sleep. I think this is a part that everyone kinda freaks out about. It wont be the first time though a few years back I had to undergo a breast operation and I was nervous but everything turned out fine and I all I remembered was waking up in the recovery room not in much pain. I think the fact that it is a new experience is what kinda makes me nervous. But I'm ready to get this journey started! I've waited long enough I deserve this! This is something that will make me happy and more confident in my body! Its like I can see my abs hiding underneath and want them to make their debut! But enough for now.
