A positive experience from start to finish. Everyone in the office is committed to customer service. I was impressed with Dr. Richards and the staff from booking the consultation to following up after the surgery . The care and support of this team is exceptional! Not only would I recommend Dr. Richards, I will return for any further procedures I decide to have done!
