Advice needed from ladies who workout!

Ladies who workout... I would like some advice and input please. So let me start off with saying I am in no way shape or form great at working out. My husband and I have finally come up with a system to where we can both go to the gym so I'm trying to get dedicated! But.. heres my issue. How does everyone get through exercises that use the chest muscle... even indirectly. I'm not doing ant direct chest exercises. But theres a few that I do that I constantly have to readjust myself because I can feel my chest pushing my implants outward. (Also is this movement damaging, would a tighter sports bra help?) In particular this happens when I do hip/leg raises (I'm not sure what the machine is called) Are there any exercises you all 100% avoid, or substitutions? Let me mention I do have muscle animation, I'm not sure if this makes a difference for the odd feeling or pushing out. Thank you ladies!

Mini-update

So this goes off my previous post. I mentioned that my lower pole hasn't really rounded out and theres a double bubble appearance in some angles. I may have mentioned the lack of roundness on the caption of my pictures. But anyway, I found an old phone with some photos (NSFW lol) about 3 months pre op, and I never had a round lower pole on my profile view. So.... just a reminder that our implants tend to follow our natural anatomy. Whether we realized it before or not and it was accentuated by the augmentation. Just a little food for thought ;)

Almost 8 months.

Hello ladies!
It's been quite some time since my last update. I am almost 8 months PO now, and let me tell you it's hard to believe I have had them for 8 months!! They're pretty soft, squishy and jiggly. A few things I want address...
First off, I wish I would have had more nude wish pics. As far as size and shape, they are exactly what I asked for! But, I would if liked a little more side boob and underboob. Which I only really realize when I look at them naked.
Two, I still have muscle animation, it has gradually lessened. I'm not sure if I owe that to my muscles relaxing, or im subconsciously using my pec muscles for day to day things less. Either way, its not enough to want surgery to fix.
And the final nuisance, "double bubble." Technically speaking, I have slight double bubble on both sides. I can see a bit of separation where the bottom of my implant sits, and where the bottom of my muscle/tissue sits. More so it gives my boobs a less rounded profile view. Maybe slightly pointy. But again, it's not enough for me to want another surgery at this point.
I hope anything I've said has been helpful in anyway and if anyone has questions feel free to ask. Happy healing ladies:)

Overall rating

Dr. Blagg and his staff were always super nice and always made me feel comfortable in their office. My appointments were always on time and very quick! That being said I never felt like I was rushed off either. My results are everything I wished for and more! My recovery virtually pain free, I think Dr Blagg had to of been magically gentle during surgery. All in all I would recommend him to anyone interested. My overall experience was great!
