I was worried about getting a saggy neck as I aged because the woman in my family tend to have them.
I talked to Dr. Devlin about some preventive measures, like maybe needling or a chemical peel. He recommended chin lipo, stating that the small scar it's I would pull up my neck a little and I would have less to sag later.
I wasn't expecting much of a difference, but holy cow! I can't wait to take me new chin out on the town! I also had a peel so I will be up dating on that as well!

Did you have a lot if swelling during week 2 & 3? Because I have....I'm 18 days post-op and I'm more swollen now than the first 5 days. It's discouraging.

Lovedchicago I am having lots of swelling ony 2nd week and am also discouraged. Ready to be healed!

I've started wearing my chin strap again hoping it will help. It's more swollen this week than last week. I flew in an airplane and I'm wondering if that may have affected It.

I was told to wear the strap 1 week but wore it 2 and on my 17th day wear it still as often as I can during day and of course every night. When I don't wear it for a few hours I began to swell and hurt so I know that the garment helps. They took out so much fat off me is why I think i have so much swelling still.

I'm going to start wearing my chin strap when I'm at home. And massaging does help too I've noticed.
Thanks so much for adding pictures- I can see a difference in your neck for sure, you look great. I hope you keep us posted on your healing! How is the peel going now what it has been a couple days?
