Almost 2 months

I am almost 2 months post op and I love them! My nipples are still sensitive but I talked to Dr. Branman and he confirmed that the sensitivity is normal! I still can't wear bras or work out upper body until they fully drop. My breasts are not tender and the breast exercises are not a sharp pain ! Occasionally I will have an aching ike pain that lasts only 30 secs or so in my breasts but I believe that just nerve regeneration!

Hello beautiful you look great. What's your bra size now? What implants did you use? Mentor?

Hey there thank you!! I'm not sure what bra size I am right now because I haven't been properly fitted yet since they haven't fully dropped! I am estimating I am a C cup right now! I have 350 and 320cc silicon implants !

hey! Why do yours point down like that? Like your nipples aren't center and are pointed completely down. Where they like that before surgery?? Trying to get an idea of what my afters will be like.

Hey! My nipples are pointed downwards because of several reasons. My implants were placed underneath my muscle, it was just a preference for me, however because I realized I wouldn't be working out for a few months I went extremely intense with my workouts on my upper body the 4-5 months pre-surgery! Because of that it strengthen my pectorals muscles (which is the muscle they put the implants under) since my muscles are so strong and the implants were high profile they set higher up on my chest causing my nipples to point more downwards! It will take time for my muscles to relax and the implants will drop into place! Another reason is that before this I had practically no breast tissue, therefore the skin on my chest is VERY tight so it holds the implants much higher! I completely did not think about posting pre-op pictures, but I hope this answers your questions! To resolve this it takes time, patience, and boobie exercises to help squeeze the implants down into place!

Hi - I would love to hear a update on how they have dropped and settled! I feel like my breasts would’ve been similar to yours before! My surgery is less than a week away - Im so nervous!!

I'm seeing them drop a lot more!! I just started to do light workouts today but no weights! They have soften up a lot since the surgery! I'm starting to see them drop! I am continuing my breast massage exercises and there is less pain!
