Day of Surgery
In my case I had a lot of asymmetry. I could barely fit out a 32A without gaping on my right breast! I forgot to take any pictures before my surgery but here are some pictures day 1 of my surgery. The band around my chest pushed my nipples down making them look lower than the actually are! I'm more than thrilled about my results! The original plan was to get 350cc and 325cc, but once on the operating table Dr. Branman and his team realized that the 325cc was too large so they changed it to 320cc ! The team was very prepared for any situation and always have backups! First day post op I remember being very sore and having trouble finding a comfortable position to sit or lay down in. I kept a notebook on what time I took my medication and took my pain medication 3 times, muscle relaxant 3 times, SinEcch 2 times, and antibiotic 3 times. They were swollen but I can tell when they start dropping they're going to be beautiful! Dr. Branman knew what would be best for my frame and I'm excited to see when they drop and fluff!

I'm not too happy about my scars because I'm worried they might turn into keloid scars but I contacted their office and they said that they will be able to use corticosteroid shots if keloids end up forming so that eased my mind! I have a history of keloid formation from past piercings. The implants are set very high on my chest but I expected that! I've been taking my pain medication 3 times a day and keeping my band on my chest all day besides when I'm showering. I'm struggling to keep it up so I'm having to readjust it every so often! My breasts have been itchy, probably from my skin stretching and I've been doing my arm exercises! I have more range of motion in my arms now! When they pain is tolerable I use Tylenol instead of my narcotic but I keep a close track on a notepad! I'm trying my best to wean off of the narcotic! I do love the clevage so far and ready to see these babes start dropping!

I am able to reach both hands up over my head to where my bicep touched my head. I do these exercises at least once every hour like my doctor recommended. My biggest issue today was getting out of bed. I woke up around 3am this morning and the pain around my armpits and the top of my chest was annoying. I could not find a comfortable position to lay down, I tired icing it, but gave in and took a muscle relaxant. Now it is currently 8am and the pain isn't terrible, the only real issue right now is my skin is a little itchy, which i can fix with icing it! I noticed my arms are more stiff in the mornings, but the stiffness goes away throughout the day when I'm up and about!
