8 months postop
I’m loving my boobs! We all have those imperfections that we wish we could change but we can’t. I only wish that my boobs weren’t so far apart. My PS told me even before my surgery that since mine were naturally far apart that the implants wouldn’t change that too much. Depending on where I buy bras from I am either a 34D or DD. I’ll try to post pics with bras on soon.
2 Months PO
My PS says everything seems to be looking good. I haven't purchased any bras yet bc I don't want to waste my money while they're still dropping and fluffing. I have bought some swim suits for the summer though. I'm loving everything about them so far!
1 Month Postop
I am one month post op today!! I never posted how my 1 week post op appt went so I'll tell you about it now. They removed my stitches and told me to start doing a new exercise where I press the implant down firmly with my hand until I feel it move and hold it there for 1 minute. I was instructed to do this on both sides at least 5 times a day. At first I was a little scared and afraid my incisions would bust open but that never happened. Lol. They also told me to start taking 2000mg of Vitamin E and 3000mg of Milk Thistle Extract to help prevent capsular contraction. My boobs have softened up tremendously since then and I didn't realize until I took my comparison pics today how much they have really dropped. I still have a long ways to go but I seem to be progressing good. I know I'm not perfectly symmetric but I wasn't before my BA either and I'm just fine with that! The only thing I have been complaining of is how hypersensitive my nipples are. I'm so ready for that to be gone!! I can barely stand to wear a shirt without them being irritated. I have been putting Mederma scar cream on my incisions for about a week now. They are still a little tender and feel like they're huge. I've been massaging them from time to time to try to help relieve the tenderness. Here are my comparison pics!
