27 Year Old, 5'6" 145#, No Kids, 34b to D/DD, 500cc HP

I've always wished I had bigger boobs! I have put on quite a bit of weight over the last few years and have recently started working out again. Now I have a nice butt but no boobs to balance it out. I will be finishing up nurse practitioner school in August and decided this would be my graduation present to myself! I had my consultation on Monday May 8th with Dr. Rhys Branman in Little Rock, AR who was recommended to me by a friend who just had her BA in March. He and his staff put forth every effort to accommodate your wishes! I highly recommend him to anyone else seeking a BA in the Little Rock area. After Dr Branman took my measurements and asked what cup size I desired, he suggested I start with the 400cc HP sizers. The nurse came back with the 450cc sizers! Lol. I tried them on and decided to go ahead and try on the 500s which is ultimately what I decided on. After the consult was over we met with the patient care coordinator to schedule the surgery. I told her I would like to do it in the next few weeks if available or I would have to wait until August when I finished school. She said well there is an opening this Thursday due to another patient having to cancel because of high blood pressure! I was a little bit in shock it would be so soon but I said YES!! So I ended up doing my consultation and pre op all in one visit. Wow! Here are a few of my before pics.

We arrived about 30 mins early and was brought back almost immediately. My nurse provided me with a warm blanket and took my vital signs. It took her two attempts to start my IV but it wasn't that a big of a deal because I'm an ER nurse and know that you don't always get it on the first try. After, she took me to a preop waiting area where I got to relax in a recliner. Dr Branman came in and marked me up and shortly after the CRNA came and talked with me about anesthesia. Before he left he put some medicine in my IV (I'm guessing it was Versed). Within seconds, the room started to spin and I said wooo weee. The next thing I remember is waking with the nurse telling me my surgery was over. I wasn't in much pain just felt a lot of pressure. I didn't have any nausea either (thank goodness!). We were discharged within 30 mins after I woke and headed home for our 2.5 hour drive. It was so hard to get comfortable on the ride home. I was so ready to get out of that car. Once we got home I took a Norco and a Valium and slept some more. I woke up so stiff and placed some ice packs on my chest and felt 1000x better. That night I took another Norco and Valium before bed and slept good until 5am.
