Over my 52 years on this earth, I have gained and lost more weight than I want to imagine! So my boobs have seen their good and bad days, and finally were sick and tired of the bad days, once I lost the final 50 pounds a few years ago. My kids are 32 and 28, so I won't blame them (too much) on my unhappy breasts.
I finally decided that it was time I spent some money on ME! I went to two other consultations before Dr Koenig - they were just OK, clinical, paper robes, no warm and fuzzy at all, meh...
My experience at The Lindsay House was a m a z i n g! Scheduling was quick and easy, the house itself is an antiqued mansion, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful in all aspects. Dr Koenig is warm, familiar and patient regarding all the concerns, doubts, questions and second guesses that you might possible have - ever. Their in-house surgical center is warm and cozy, they took me in on-time, prepped me, introduced me to everyone who would be part of the surgical staff, let me take pics before the procedure, and text with my hubby until they put me to sleep for the procedure.
Over before I knew it, with perfect results, exactly what I wanted (took a few months to get the 'full' results as a result of the dropping and fluffing). Was up on the computer and phone the rest of that day, home at 10:00 a.m. from a 7:00 a.m. procedure, had a few visitors, had soup for dinner, a great day!
Had a concern the night following the procedure, and texted Dr K a picture. He called almost immediately and reassured me that it was fine. A staff member called me the next day to see how I was doing. Had a 1 week, 3 week , 6 month and 1 year followup, all included in the original fee.
Sleep was a little rough for a few nights, as i'm a side and tummy sleeper, so this was a bit different, but was shopping on the 3rd day after at the mall for a few hours!
Have had my 1 year follow-up and am happier now that I was 6 months ago! They do keep changing and getting better. Dr Koenig is a sweet and caring surgeon, great bedside manner, tells-it-like-it-is kinda guy, who will do you no wrong. The whole practice is phenomenal, you will never be sorry at The Lindsay House!
