3 weeks post op feeling like crap!

I had my post op today, and my doctor said everything looks good and I’m healing fine. I let her know I’m still sore and swollen and she said that is normal. I got one of my laser body contouring treatments today and that helped with some of the pain earlier but now I feel super tired and even more sore. I’m also feeling extremely crampy, not sure why.

Weird feeling around belly button

Also having weird, tingly pain around belly button when i touch it. Everywhere else is still some what numb? Any ideas me answers as to any?
