Looking good. My PS removed 8 lbs as well , I feel amazing besides my V-JJ still looking puffy :( ... I'm 4 1/2 months post op Hooefully it goes down.

Everything that I have read says it can take up to a year for everything to settle into place.
As impatient as I am I try to keep that in mind.

I feel very fortunate after looking through many pictures on this site at my results.
I think it looks amazing!!
I am 42 and my stomach has never been this flat!
I was lucky enough to have the miracle drug Experal.
After the first 24 hours it was virtually pain free.
I went back to work after two weeks and I am a hairdresser and stand all day.
I did go back part time hours, but it blows my mind how easy this whole process has been.

I agree with you. I'm in the beauty industry too and went back to work after 11 days. My doctor is amazing and I am so glad I took the time to do my research. It was well worth it.

Hello. Just scheduled a lipoabdominoplasty for May 13th. My surgeon also said he will have exparel. I'm super scared and need to be back at work after two weeks. I'm a nurse supervisor so I do have some desk time. How was swelling

My doctor used expel and I had no pain for a couple days. Actually recovery was very easy for me. My doctor had me start taking Arnica montana two days preop and I had little to no bruising and swelling was nothing major. I also took bromelain and quercetin to help with swelling too.

Hi!
I wore my binder 24:7 for the first four weeks.
The swelling was fine because of that.
It changed week to week, but nothing out of hand.
I assume you wear good shoes.
I also wore compression trouser socks to help with the swelling.
I wear them regularly anyways!
