Fat Transfer to Replace Ruptured Silicone Implants - Richmond, VA

Have never really recovered completely. I managed to lose a few pounds in my calves, neck and arms but all areas where I had lips to collect fat have lumpy adhesions that I was never able to resolve with massage, physical therapy or endermologie. Mostly I am still getting ultrasonic massage twice a week to maintain some freedom of movement. More recently the adhesions across my chest have been causing crushing chest pain (heart, lung, GI problems all ruled out) so have been getting intense (read: painful) ultrasonic massage on that area daily. At least for me, scar tissue can somewhat be dealt with but the process doesn’t prevent it from returning. Additionally, more breast tissue gravitated around to my underarms and under my breasts. I can’t really “scoop and swoop” that area right now because I’m not wearing a bra, just a compression garment to support breasts without compressing chest area (due to pain). So my “woulda coulda shoulda” is two-fold: I wish I had never gotten breast implants in the first place. Even given the breast implants I wish I had never gotten the lipo and fat transfer- just gotten a lift or maybe just the Explant, since that was so physically traumatic.

Fat transfer from back, butt, stomach, thighs to breasts after removal of ruptured silicon implants. Lipo left severe adhesions under skin in every area. Breasts somewhat ok- not flat but very droopy. And fat migrated to under breasts so I have a smaller set of boobs under my bustline. Not a successful surgery at all. Should have had implants removed and gotten a lift to go back to 32AAA bra size rather than involve my entire body.
