After 3 breastfed kids, I was left with ugly misshapen breasts. With very little scarring they are now full and gorgeous natural looking breasts. Much better than I was born with! Down time was minimal, implants are soft and natural and I am not even a full year in. I went with saline over silicone and wanted natural results. I couldn't be happier.
