TT, BBL and Breast lift with implants

So, I regret doing fat transfer years ago and wished I went ahead and did the implants with full lift. I finally have the perky youthful breasts that I wanted. And so far, scarring isn't as bad as I anticipated.

32year old mom still with small, saggy breasts

Although I have more fatty tissue in my chest area overall, I did not achieve the more youthful appearance I was after. Unfortunately, I also scar easily. But hey, the doctor gave me hope, another 10K and I can get more fat transfered and the scars removed. : (

Update

I will post pictures later today however I wanted to share my experience years after my procedure. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose a different route. All of the "rare" and "small" chances of something going wrong happened to me. Dr. Stanwix assured me that my stomach will smooth out over time, well years later, it is still lumpy and the sides of my tummy are still hard from scar tissue due to fluid build up after the procedure, another "rare occurence" I was told. Apparently, I have really elastic skin because my breast sagged again and have returned where they started so a "minnie" lift was not for me. Wished I knew that before I dropped another several thousand dollars. Scarring is always a possibility, and I have accepted that hence knowing what I know now, I should have just spent the money for a full lift with gel implants to get the results I was after. So ladies, I am not blaming my physician I am only reccomending that which ever route you choose just be comfortable with the "what ifs" "maybe" "rare cases" etc. because you might have to live with them.
