I'm going to start by saying I have been stalking this site for quite some time. I finally got up the courage to post with my surgery being right around the corner in 3 weeks. I'm 25 years old am 5'4 and about 185lbs. I have always been self conscious about my arms, they are large and now have loose skin and stretch marks and have been wanting to do this for years. My surgeon says he will do a modified minimal incision or t-incision with lipo as I am only 25 and should have great results from that. I decided if I was gonna do the arms I might as well go for the TT too, since who doesn't want a flat stomach back after children. My stomach is not in as bad of shape as my arms, barely any stretch marks. One of my biggest concerns is the scarring though. I am getting very nervous though with my surgery so soon. Its hard to believe this is actually happening. I paid for my surgery last week, so there is no turning back now! I was hoping to gain the support of some of you ladies on here, and give me advice/share your experience. I plan to stay with my aunt after surgery for a few days so she can help me out, and my husband will keep my daughter at home (I don't want to scare her, she is 7). I planning to return to work on Feb 2 which will be about 2 1/2 wks. I'm excited and nervous. Can't wait to get to the "flat side".

Hi - I am schedule with Dr. Lynam for a consultation on January 13th. I am planning on having him perform a tummy tuck on me so I will be following your journey closely. Please post pics when you can or send me a private message. I pray everything works out well for you.

my problem is I haven't seen much of his work everyone says how great he is and he has good reviews but no one really post pics of his work.

I seen pics in his office and online, but I don't know anyone personally that has had anything done. I went to 4 consults in the area before deciding on him. I just felt the most comfortable with him and he seemed to recommend exactly what I was envisioning.

Hi and congrats on your upcoming surgery. I had a consult with Dr. Lynam back in Oct and have been trying to decide between him and another surgeon. I will be following your journey, please post before and after pictures. One of the reasons I am even considering another doctor is partly due to not being able to see a lot of before and afters performed by him. So I really hope you post pics, and have a safe surgery and speedy recovery.
