I'm a single mom of 3, and I'm very self conscious about the way I look. I have lost 80+ pounds through eating less and running, and I have a lot of extra skin left that needs to go away. I have wanted to do this for a while and I'm finally able to do so.
I met Dr. Watumull today and everything went great. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Scheduled my tummy tuck for next week and I can't wait for this to happen. I'm excited that this a drainless tummy tuck too.

It's Time!
Today is surgery day and I'm doing pretty good. Surgery is already behind schedule, so I'm just sitting here with my IV hooked up. I'm super excited :)

I just had my 6 month check up with Dr. Watamull. He should really be called doctor WOW! Day 3 will be your toughest. Day 5 will be a turning point to the good. You are going to love the results. Dr. Watamull is the most caring and available for any questions. My sat is very faint. Believe him when he says the Ridge will go away. That procedure makes an incredible difference. You will have your day questioning your decision to do it. Hang in there! It will be all worth it. KDRey

He seemed liked a great doctor, so that's why I went with him. and I liked the drainless he does as opposed to the ones with the drains. The only issue I'm having is burning along my right incision site. I've had three abdominal surgeries in the past, so I'm a pro at this by now. I don't regret it at all :)

How long did it take for your ridge to go away? I'm at 16 days po and it's still the same size.

Day 1, post op
The day hasn't been too bad. I'm starting to feel burning along my right side incision and my vision is blurry, but other than that, I'm doing pretty good. My sister got me a lift chair which has helped a lot. Took a shower tonight and it felt pretty good.
