Worth the Money and the Wait

I had wanted a rhinoplasty since I was 12 years old, at 29 I was finally able to realise my dream! I had consultations when I was 28 and had to wait to get a slot for surgery time, this was delayed due to COVID-19 as well. When I was 19 I had looking into different surgeons with more lower prices but I was never satisfied they could accurately address my particular concerns with my nose. From the outset of the very first consultation with Charles East he immediately identified what should be addressed and formulated a plan - my nose was long with a drooped tip especially on smiling, there was a few mms of convexity more apparent on smiling and a slight pudginess of tissue above the tip. Up to this point no surgeon had been able to explain exactly why the nose wasn’t proportionate to my face and I had only seen images of scooped out snouty looking noses. Charles allayed my concerns and showed my samples of his work on noses just like mine! I had consultations in Tempus Belgravia before and after my surgery, and the surgery itself was performed at the London Clinic on Devonshire Place. Shout out to Nurse Poppy there who was amazing as I was coming round and looked after me. Charles’s staff Giuilia Marta Rosa and Barbara were also superb from start to finish, across many many emails and also from the in-person care and compassion they showed me as well as the enthusiasm and genuine pleasure they took in witnessing my ‘reveal’!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the result I have received - while some puffiness is bound to occur over the next few weeks it is already a vastly improved more feminine more refined nose. The anaesthetic nerve block administered lasted so well I experienced no pain at all during the post op recovery only discomfort from the tube in my throat.

I believe Charles is a world class surgeon, a leader in his field - I look like a better version of myself in the subtlest way possible. I think what he does is a blend of art and science - I think his expertise and skills make him like a Renaissance Old Master creating bespoke pieces compared to the many many other Hollywood fast fix surgeons who churn out cookie-cutter noses.

Cannot recommend him highly enough. His services probably cost twice the average because he can deliver the results. My gratitude to him and all the staff who treated me.
