The pictures say it all. Not worth the price I paid which was just over ten grand. During the consultation we discussed one of my biggest problems being the way my nose is not even from the front and looks like it slopes to one side. The results are minimal and I felt open surgery was unnecessary for the poor results. The side profile is still extremely long and the result is not even close to what we discussed in the consultation. I understand that ‘perfection’ cannot be achieved but this is far from even being aesthetically pleasing. The pictures speak for themselves. One of my biggest regrets in life was wasting so much on Mr Ion. I wish I had known about dr richard zoumalan at the time.

Your doctor narrowed dorsum part of your nose but stopped there and did nothing to the bulbous tip. Do you have the agreement to surgery paper that explains what doctor is going to do? The doctors signature should be on it. Take it with you and go see him. Ask exactly what he did in regards to the your nose tip and show him the signed paper. Drs are protected if they perform botched surgeries because the patient signs off on a " possible complications and side effects form, but your doctor did not give you what you paid for and you can go after him for this. It is like going in for a breast augumentation and getting one implant.

Personally I think your nose looks a lot smaller and is proportionate to the rest of your face. There is a big difference between the before and after and your nose is definitely straighter. I think it's a great result!! You must be able to see a big difference right? Your nose is very feminine - I think opting for further surgery might make your nose too small. Take care, you're beautiful!
