worst mistake of my life - please be aware

I have had the worst experience imaginable with dr shaoib. When I first attended the surgery he was charming, my former neighbour; and I felt comfortable with him. He then proceeded to show me pictures of clients, one of which was someone I knew. I later learnt that she did not want her pictures shown to anyone, a breech of confidentiality.
I paid 4500 for the surgery, and following the surgery the day of, he came and spoke to me so briefly and couldn’t get out there quick enough. The following days I looked like a PIG! my nose was pointed up, I was horrified. He didn’t do very much to reassure me. As time when on the healing began. I was left with a Severe scar where he cut open for the surgery (open rhinoplasty) which to this day, 3 years later, I cry Everytime I see it noticeably in a picture or my reflection. I was left with severe scar tissue making my nose bigger than before. I was left with cartilidge that you can physically move inside my nose. I was left with uneven nostril, that were bigger because of the scar tissue in my nose raising the area. I am constantly blocked up. And constantly have blood residue in my nose.
After surgery dr shoaib saw me twice, and reluctantly. I was given a treatement one day to try and help the scar tissue. After this nothing. This heat treatment should have been done 3/4/5 times to get results this did not happen. He also gave me the option of potentially doing steroid injections for the scar tissue, he did not see me again after post 2 months surgery.
At this point he referred me on to dr Balaji and told me there was nothing more he could do for me and the costs would be covered for him to look after me for my after care. This again was not the case. When I attended the hospital, I was going to be charged £120 an appointment. And was told by dr balaji as this was a dispute and still in the healing process there was nothing he could do.
With zero aftercare and awful results, I contacted a lawyer. They then contacted la belle forme to get a copy of my contract, and paperwork. To which they said I had to pay £50. They then sent over some documentation to my lawyer, which they claim some of the documents were sent to my doctor, he never received them. He claims several letters were sent in ‘july’ but The days were written in November the date before sending to my lawyer. These false letters were made up on the spot.
Please, to anyone considering using dr shaoib, please do your research. I have been left traumatised. Left with my permanent scarring and now saving up for years to get revision surgery.
He has not returned my calls, for years, along with any managers of the clinic.
I am now taking matters further with the GMC (General Medical council) as this awful treatment no one should ever receive. I am more paranoid with my nose that I was before, I don’t like going out and seeing pictures. I cry every time I see a picture of my nose. And this is 100% a surgeon, after speaking with others, If you are not happy with your results he does not care.
