The Worst Doctor Ever!

The worst doctor ever, he practiced on my nose and charge me in advance $6350 and put me for 6.5 hours in the surgery room for just a nose job!!! I was under general anesthesia more than 6 hours!!!!!!! That freaked out my family and I could have a heart attack because of that!!!!! I don't know till now what happened to me during the surgery that's usually takes maximum 2 to 3 hours, they refused to tell me and the only thing he said that he did my nose twice!!!!!!Can you believe that!!! After I left and went home I noticed that all my hair was wet in blood so I think I had severe bleeding during the surgery!!!!!!!!! Is there any professional doctor would do that??????!!!!!! Also, they had never follow up with me after the surgery , he has very rude and unprofessional staff .I got several infections in my nose after the surgery and I had to visit a specialist for this reason and I still have a weird smells coming out of my nose till this moment.
And after one year of waiting to get the final result, I got a horrible nose, not straight or even, still stiff and swollen, bigger than before the surgery and he also missed up with bones close to my eyes.
After all, I'm very disappointed to choose this doctor that if I can even call him a doctor and I was cheated out of time and money and put me under a high risk!!!

When I said you didn't follow up with me I meant when I went two times to your clinic after the surgery and I had severe infection in my nose , you and your team had never follow up or check on me and I have all the messages, sorry but you can not denied that. The only following up was next day of the surgery and one week after when you removed the stitches and that's all. The other two visits were when I called your office to schedule appointments with you because of the infection and like I said above you had never follow up with me because you do not care about your patients. I am really disappointed with this behavior from your side. Not me who's misleading people but I guess you are the one who's doing that. You put me at high risk 6.5 hours during the surgery, my family and friends were in nightmare and I did not even get the result I wanted. You know that I can not even breath well from my nose especially the lift side, the side you missed up with the bones close to my eye! I have headache 24 hours since the surgery and I do not even have the right to speak about my experience with you!! Please go ahead and say what you know I am really excited to hear that what you know!!! And if you want to go ahead and seek legal counsel to intervene like you threatened me so please do it, I am ready for it and I have all the evidences and witnesses. Also, we can take other doctors opinion if you like and you will see how you missed up with my health, but, I dare you if you can do it because deep down you know the right is with me.

Honestly, not a very professional response from Dr.Roberts’ team. As a person considering rhinoplasty, this is terrifying. Professionally, you should’ve probably responded in the comments above to this distraught woman with an offer to have her come into your office or talk further on the phone. There are two sides to every story, but your response just seems defensive, uncaring and lends her claims more validity.
I am so sorry your rhinoplasty didn’t fulfill your desires. I am so sorry about the extended anesthesia and the reoccurring infections. The whole thing sounds very scary for both you and your family.
