Worst Decision of my Life

A couple of weeks ago I went to an ENT finally after being bothered by my nose closing up frequently. He diagnosed me with enlarged turbinates and it is from Naderi’s surgery. He said that my turbinates are swollen and reducing my airflow so now I am on two nasal sprays to try to fix it. I haven’t seen much improvement with the spray and may have to have a turbinates reduction with this new ENT now. This whole thing has been a nightmare- not only does my entire face look ten times worse from his surgery but I can’t breathe and I’m so uncomfortable all of the time. If you are considering this doctor run away. He is awful.

I forgot to add in this review- he probably won’t tell you that your nose will be rock hard for life after this surgery. I was told it was swelling and will go away but I am now a year and 8 months lost and my nose feels like a rock. It’s super awkward when you’re being intimate and I notice it when I sleep.

There isn’t one day I wake up and do not regret going to Dr. Naderi. He is a terrible plastic surgeon. He made me look ten times worse and my entire face is out of proportion and I wish I never let him touch my face. My nose before was long and pointy and he said he was just going to lift it and make it smaller. Now I have a wide nose that is way too wide for my face and a bulbous tip.
He has no idea how to create refined noses, just look at his before and after photos. Also, his office definitely uses angles and lighting to try to make the afters look better. In my before photo, they used flash to try to make my nose appear wider and after they used no flash and made sure a shadow was at the side of my face to try to hide how wide it is. His own followers commented on my before and after and said how I looked exotic before and now I look so basic.
On the day of surgery, he didn’t even greet my family or acknowledge them sitting in the waiting room. I should have known then to run away. He barely spoke to me and made no effort to make me feel comfortable. After I expressed I wasn’t happy he didn’t offer any solutions or listened he just kept saying it looks great and that I’m “over analyzing it” Also his aggressive technique made my entire face swollen and it still is and my skin is thicker, eyes look smaller and my smile is way less relaxed and more still even over a year after.
After several back and forth emails, he finally admitted that I could re-break the nose to make it thinner and add a graft to make the tip refined but that I should go to another surgeon since our relationship wasn’t good anymore...
I have been miserable for over a year of my life because he promised me a refined beautiful nose and what I received is my natural beauty taken away and such a downgrade to my entire face. I also have to get laser skin tightening because he stretched my skin so much that now I have sagging eyelids. I could go on and on about all of the issues this surgery caused me including breathing allergies etc. I don’t want to post photos but if you private message me I am happy to share them with you and tell you more about the terrible experience.
I have since connecting with several other patients who went to him and were unhappy. They also have the concerns I mentioned including: lack of refined tip, breathing issues, change in smile, change of eye shape (due to wider bridge) and they agreed about his demeanor of being dismissive instead of offering help or to re do this mistake.
Dr. Naderi doesn’t actually care or listen to the negative side effects people experience, he will just tell you you’re overthinking it and need nasal spray. Please please do not ruin your life and trust your face with this awful doctor!!!
