The worst decision I've ever made!

Horrible outcome:
Shortened nose
Uneven nostrils
Dents
Piggish look
This has been the worst experience of my life. Please stay away from this doctor, especially if you're ethnic! I'll post pics when I'm done being treated as I fear that I'll be treated differently. Please do your research on here, yelp, and don't believe Instagram pictures.

Ugh I hate to hear this and I feel for you! My first 2 rhinoplasties ended up like this- I felt awful that I’d essentially done this to myself. 8 years after my 2nd nose job I went to Motykie and I have to say it’s close to perfect. I’m writing this because when Motykie took my cast off it was BAD- my nose was short and tuned up- I nearly cried. But Motykie felt confident and told me to that it would change nearly every day and I chose to trust that information. It’s been 3 months and my nose is still changing (I have thick ethnic skin)- some days I love my nose and other days it’s swollen. I know it’s hard but you’re only a month out; I’d give it some time.
My nose is not perfect (he was working with a mess of a nose) but it’s night/day from where I started and I am happy. I feel absolutely comfortable in the knowledge that he will tweek anything if it doesn’t settle in time. I’m flying back out to LA in 2 weeks for my second follow-up.
I also had fat grafting- the bruising was there for 3 solid weeks- I wasn’t prepared for that but it turned out well- I wish he’d put in just a bit more as I feel like I’ve already lost some of it.

I've heard a lot of people say their nose is upturned too much or pig like and this is with lots of other physicians too. I hope you start feeling better.

A good surgeon will not leave you piglike - I know of at least five patients who are going through what I'm going through. He does not do good rhinoplasties, especially ethnic ones. Fat Transfer - don't do it, changes the structure of your face. This is probably best for older folk. I've been melting the fat myself. Get filler from a qualified doctor or nurse. Rhinoplasty - get at least 5 in person consultations and check out their ratings on yelp, here, and if actual patients are tagged or comment on posts. I recommend Aaron Kosins based on the aforementioned--I wish I had gone to him, will most likely have a revision from him.

I'm not going to share pictures yet, I'm trying to hide my identity as I'm still being treated by him. I fear they'll stop emailing me back or will treat me bad as they have with another patient I'm in contact with, 1/5 patients.

How are they helping you they have not helped me at all
My face was left botched from fat transfer and rhino I needed to get facial lipo and it’s been a journey now I need a face lift from sagging skin ... how are they melting the fat
