All my Worries Fixed Permanently
WORTH IT
It has been exactly one month since I had my facial contouring surgery and rhinoplasty at DA, and since I’m enjoying the results so far, I thought that I might share it here.
I have always been very conscious of my jaws and chin since it made my mouth look like it was sticking out. As for my nose, it was a little short and plump at the tip so I wanted to make it sharper.
When I set out looking for plastic surgery clinics, I did my research specifically on clinics that are good at facial contouring. Facial contouring is the surgery that I wanted to get the most, at the same time, it is one that I have heard many cases gone wrong. I was very paranoid so I did a lot of research and looked at many reviews for facial contouring surgery. I saw that many of the popular clinics for foreigners weren’t too specialized in facial contouring, so I asked my Korean friend to help me look into some places, and she recommended DA. She said that they are very popular for facial contouring among Koreans. Although it was the first time hearing about them, I took her word and booked a consultation with them.
When I went in for the consultation, there was an English translator waiting for me who helped me with all the paperwork and translation, which was a pleasant surprise. The first thing they did was a CT scan which the doctor used to explain how much bone he could reduce and showed me where the “safe” area would be. The consultation with the doctor went better than I expected; he honestly told me about the problems I had and what he could do to improve it. He seemed to know what he was doing so I felt very assured. Then I met another doctor for my nose consultation, she was very kind and showed me just how much she could raise my tip, and told me that the results would turn out well. I was very satisfied with what the doctors told me and I felt like we were on the same page about everything.
Although there is still some swelling left on my sides, I can definitely see the improvement. I can’t wait for all the swelling to go down!
