I tried booking an appointment with Dr. Dogan Pinar and I was told by his assistant that my nose is thick skin for surgery. I don't know if I should be worried that I can't find a surgeon who can work with my type of nose. I was planning to spend about 3,000 - 6,000 but now idk

If it’s your first time getting rhinoplasty, I would check out dr. Resit Kayan Instagram. There’s a girl there with very thick skin and I just love her outcome.

I wanted something natural and sublet but if I'm being honest I didn't feel like they were professional or wanted to help me because I had spoke to doctor Pinar first he saw my photos and told me to get in contact with his assistant than she told me that my nose isn't good to work for surgery.

They didn't ask what I wanted to do with my nose, I just send my pictures and she said no but I'm glad they did cause they could've botched my nose.

Honestly. looking at your picture I think you have a nose that a doctor could work with and achieve great results because you don't have a large hump or a long nose or many irregularities that often come with people who are looking for a revision. Don't know what you look like from the front but from the side it looks like the tip lifted a bit and the bridge shaved down a bit would give you a natural and pretty result. You should have a much better outcome being a primary rhinoplasty than someone who needs a revision. Many revision rhinoplasty patients have two and three or even more surgeries and are not pleased with their outcome. You do not want to get on that rhinoplasty merry-go-round so do your research so that your rhinoplasty is a one and done. Good thing this doctor did not want to do the surgery rather than attempt it with terrible results. Good luck!

Hi again I was checking out Dr. Asaria's female rhinoplasty before and afters and the very first one totally reminded me of your before pic. I really thought it resembles your nose pic. The before and after patient pic is the very first patient under the heading female rhinoplasty. She even looks like she has thicker skin. Her results by Dr Asaria of Toronto are really beautiful. I thought of you as soon as I saw this patient. Thought you might want to take a look on his website. Honestly. all of his results are beautiful and I like that he actually shows all the different angles of the before and after, not just the side profile. What good is a lovely side profile if the front does not look good. Please check it out. I may even consider him for my revision as I am from Canada and Dr. Asaria is in Toronto.

I think because this is your first rhinoplasty, you would have a great result with this doctor. Do you live in Canada? I liked how the tip looked from the front, more defined and the tip was lifted perfectly. His before and afters consistently looked pretty but natural. Good luck!

Has anyone gotten their rhinoplasty with doctor Ali evlice located in Turkey? I love his work it looks natural & I have seen him work on thick skin nose. Did you guys like your result with him? I would love to hear you stories
